OYO 78039 Comfort Stay

I have a pathetic experience with this property. I was travelling with my wife and I had to stay nearby ernakulam railway station for a night and I booked this room via OYO. I reached the location by 11:30 PM and we were carring two backpacks as we were planning for a long journey. I called the number and there were no response and we were standing there at that very late time. After five minutes somebody called me and directed the way to hotel and we reached reception counted and found no one there. I called the number again and he said "Father will come now, you can wait" So I waited there for about 20 minutes and I called again. After 25-30 minutes, an elder man came and asked me a zerox copy of Aadhar. I didn't have a copy and I shown him the original and asked to take a photocopy, there was no printer, I asked him to give me his mail ID or Whatsapp Number and He said He don't have any... He gave me one whatsapp number and I sent the documents.. And he gave me him mobile and asked me to download it.. unfortunately his mobile was not having internet connection. So I connected my hotspot, and found his number was with whatsapp..... In short I'll say I waited 45 minutes to check in Then he asked me about my wife. "Who is this?" I replied "It's my wife, I have given you the ID proof also" He started to stare... and finally I was given a room key after making the cash payment and all these dramas.. We entered the room and there was no electricity, he went to turn on some power switches and power came, there were no remote for A/C & TV and the room was unclean. Even the bed sheet was not neat enough. Though I decided to stay because it was too late and around 12:45 AM. I slept there with the music of mosquito... So I advice to not prefer this hotel, the worst service I have ever seen is there

Average stay. Small room, but not clean. Not recommended for family and couple stay.

Good hotel new and hygienic. Hotel staff polite and obedient

Very near to railway station's rear entry. Has almost all things sorted except for the kitchen.
