It was a new Property, hence was very clean and staff were good. The room was good with a big window overlooking the locality. While everything seems good and comfortable, a couple of things need to be looked into. There's no restaurant and hence for dinner, we had to visit the old property, where ther's a restaurant. We could not locate any other restaurant nearby. Although the breakfast was served at the ground floor, the place was small, inadequately staffed and hence service was a big issue. We left the place after having whatever was available, as there was a long queue for other items.

Visited the lounge bar Vault.7 and the experience was nice. Ample and spacious parking. Well maintained surroundings. Neatly done interiors. Exciting bunch of quality liquors. Felt a great vibe around here.

Didn't had a pleasant experience at this hotel. On the first day itself had horrible experience due to drainage issues in the wash room bathing area. As I checked In late evening nothing could be done and the next morning I conveyed the same to the person sitting at the reception who had night duty shift. He said he will convey this to the person coming in day shift. When I returned at night after work nothing was done for my room and the reception person was not even bothered to help or change my room saying that since all rooms are full so drainage issues can happen. So apparently I was supposed to deal with it. The reception staff was so unprofessional in terms of helping and was least bothered. U do not expect such service after booking such a costly hotel. I have to wait for hours and after long argument my room was changed. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a hotel before. From the very first day, things started going wrong. There was confusion about our booking—at the time of reservation, they never informed us that the suite room was unavailable or about their payment plan,They insisted we pay the full amount. The reception staff was completely unprofessional and unaccommodating. Their attitude made us feel like we were staying there without paying. One of the most frustrating issues was that the landline in our room didn’t work, meaning we had to go from the fifth floor to the ground floor every time we needed something. Even then, the service was terrible. They barely listened to our requests and gave us whatever they felt like, which is unacceptable. Even for drinking water, we had a refill option, yet they kept giving us bottled water and adding the charges to our bill without asking. When we brought this up, the lady at the reception started arguing with me and then abruptly cut the call without saying anything. It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. The swimming pool was dirty and clearly not maintained. We had to request multiple times just to get them to turn on the filter, and even then, they were unwilling to do it. Honestly, it felt like they just didn’t care. To make things worse, I repeatedly saw the female staff at the reception watching videos on their phones while we were trying to talk to them.For any business, customers are the foundation, but it seems like the staff here don’t know that . Management should know that customers will never tolerate such poor attitudes from staffs, and if this continues, it will surely affect their business The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast,it was genuinely enjoyable. But apart from that, the staff lacked basic hospitality and manners. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. At the very least, the management should train their staff properly on how to treat customers.

Horrible experience while staying in hotel, no one was picking up calls either on receptions, room services or house keeping. AC was not cooling properly, upon asking to correct AC person on reception don't bother to give answer, visited several times reception desk to resolve issue with AC, than after AC technitian came and did some settings and informed that it will now start cooling but even after one hour Situation remained same. Finally after struggling 2 hours and time was 0045, i got solution they give me Table fan . ||Not recommended to stay.

Disappointing stay. Was asked to pay upfront the whole amount during check in, with a lot of confusion of the rooms of new block or old block. Reception staffs were rude and unprofessional. The room landline is kept just for display, no one attends the call, not the reception or housekeeping. Everything needs to be told in person via the reception. Every amenity should be asked, to be done (room cleaning, WiFi etc). The whole stay felt very restrained and difficult.

Disappointing Stay We had a poor experience at this hotel. The staff failed to provide basic facilities, and the pool was not cleaned on the first day despite our complaint. To make matters worse, they demanded full payment at check-in. Additionally, the service phone number provided was unresponsive. Overall, a disappointing stay due to the hotel's lack of attention to detail and poor customer service.
