Worst service from here. Don't ever book. Absolutely not professional . Came at 1:30 and waiting till 4p.m. They just say room is not ready. Need better people at the front desk. Despite this , the Rooms are clean and food is good , breakfast spread is also nice

Hotel is located just next to railway station so easily reachable. Also, as per 4 star facilities, it's quite in budget one can opt for. Food breakfast and restaurant service is awesome. They have plenty of options and restaurant staff is quite active in fulfilling your request. The hotel is clean and will give you perfect 4 star premium stay. M G road is just 5 min away where you can also have shopping for any needs with Center Square Mall too nearby. Only thing which they need to improve is the reception staff. For every request you will need to follow up multiple times, for example, for us they took 45 min to send the luggage up the room that too in which we have to follow up with them twice. But still will recommend it, if it fits your other requirements.

Great Service. Complete value for money. I booked the suite room and the amenities provided were fantastic. The staff was polite and quick. Even the morning buffet was great. I would 10/10 recommend Coral Isle.

The rooms are good maybe little old furniture partially. Restaurant breakfast is good. The reception staff is a bit slow on response. You might have to instruct them multiple times and they usually don't get back with update if you ask for any confirmation. But overall it's a nice place, fairly priced and a very convenient location

I usually opt this hotel for the stay but recently met with an incident made a bad impact about my choice.I tried to book the room and wasn’t available,due to easy access and emergency (as you know about the ladies situations) we got into the hotel and enquired the receptionist to use the wash room and the reply was they aren’t providing such facilities.Moreover Satisfaction of customers is really necessary and The working men should know the human empathy. Due to the huge dissatisfaction we tried to reach the receptionist and enquire for managers phone number and got one which wasn’t available and then we called again and said the issue To the receptionist and the reply was so pathetic and rude. I hope that man might learn to interact with people as hes in a service position where he should know how to behave. I’ll definitely will try to reach to the manager and do the necessary. Highly dissatisfied

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Coral Isle, and it exceeded my expectations in every way! The staff were warm, welcoming, and exceptionally attentive. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I highly recommend Coral Isle to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable stay.

Stayed at coral reef hotel for four days with family and the experience was delightful. The Room was decent, clean, and well furnished. The location of the hotel is prime and close to the marine drive. Also, the reception, pool area and the roof restaurant were having beautiful view. The receptionists and all staffs were friendly and attentive. Additionally, thank you for providing us one hour early check in. The breakfast buffet was delicious and variety of local cuisine options were also available. Special 'thanks' to the chef for providing food for my kid as per requirements. A suggestion, please provide floor carpet in the room as it gets cold and wet due to AC. Also, do provide extra cutleries with food when asked for. Lastly, thanks for making our stay worthwhile!

Super location just a hop step from the railway station. Close to the other sightseeing places such as Kochi promenade, Jew town etc. The restaurant has a great menu worth checking out. Good and sumptuous food. The complimentary breakfast was awesome too. The Guest Relations Executive, Pooja did a commendable job making our stay memorable.
