C J Grande Business Hotel (Best Hotels in Kochi)

Very nice people. I went Ernakulam with my friend for Eye treatment. We stayed in this hotel for 13 days. All room assistants attended sincerely. It's secured hotel for ladies. We feel homely atmosphere. Thanks for gentlemen who guided us Properly.

Best experience at kochii. : 4.9/5 Stars "Comfortable Stay" I spent 2 nights in Room 3. The room was clean and modern, with a comfy king-size bed. Bathroom was spotless with nice amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only drawback: slow Wi-Fi. Breakfast buffet was delicious with varied options. Rooftop pool was a nice bonus. Would stay again. Rating Breakdown: - Cleanliness: 5/5 - Comfort: 4.7/5 - Service: 5/5 - Location: 4.5/5 - Value: 5/5

Exceptional stay at the CJ Grande Business Hotel The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-out process. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. How ever what truly made my stay outstanding was the exceptional Service The amenities were top-notch, and the location was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in the area.

We booked this hotel via goibibo for 1 day to try a new place and we also wanted extended our stay. But from day 1 itself we had really bad experience from the hotel. The room booked for 1300+GST and we got a very conjusted area with a not working Ac and floor and bed was very dirty. No space and no privacy. there was a glass pannel where we keep our head in the bed which was leading to a passage where people walking corridor. Even asked to pay more and change the room. there was no service.

One of the worst experiences in kochi . The cupboard doors were broken and it fell of later just got missed from my feet . The rooms were utter ugly and dirty . Whole the room needs to be cleaned . The beds were torn and the room was dusty . When i informed the receptionist about the bedsheets he told you should have informed at the time of check in . We noticed at night when got back to room and this is not the way to respond . Later I informed the guy about the cupboard doors he said the screws was loose thats it . And also informed about the dirt and dust in the room he said the room service people might not have cleaned properly. Is this the way to deal a customer with ? We have lots of options here in kochi . Not only you people . Such a worst experience
