I have booked through Agoda i showed them the confirmation mail,and they were like this booking is not valid you have to pay extra money for staying here Very bad behaviour from staffs too You can go there and understand their behaviour .. Some one should take necessary actions against this idiots ,otherwise they will keep doing this. In the midnight when i reach there they were like if you cant pay extra money no rooms for you you can cancel it from agoda.you people understand night 1:30 where will i go and find another room… And the behaviour was also very bad . One day you will get caught for doing injustice to people I can share the video also about their behaviour here Instead of making money like this better you can go for stealing

I recently stayed at The paradise inn residency, and I have to say, it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. I really appreciated how quickly the hotel responded to any requests or questions I had. Everything about my stay was perfect, from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. If I'm ever in the area again, I would definitely book a room here without hesitation. Thank you for a great stay!

FRAUDS. DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL. This property is not even close to what you see in the pictures. It's like a trash warehouse. I booked this hotel from OYO app, when I checked-in the hotel staffs asked to pay extra apart from whatever I paid in OYO app. The staffs are so rude. They treat like they provide rooms for charity.

Very much disappointed!! Worst service and worst room. They are charging extra amount than the amount in OYO. Not providing basic facilities such as TV, soap etc.. The room size is very small where we can barely walk. The location is also worst. Overall, I don’t recommend anyone to choose this for staying.

Very bad experience no electricity was there when we checked in and we waiting for 2 hours and the manager refused to pay refund very bad attitude towards customers. Oyo price was 650 heand he bought 1000 rs from us . It's his property it seems . He was drunk too . Never ever go to this place for sake

I booked the room through oyo.. But when i reached the hotel.. He said me that it's my property so i want 1000 rupees more to give the room for you... And used bad words.... Fraud... Actually after reading review we can understand that So many people faced this issue before.... So try to avoid this hotel...

Worth zero star…taking extra money from customers… Oyo should react on it..after complaining multiple times to OYO customercare ..this hotel is still listed in oyo saying it as a flagship hotel And the hotel people are like we have told oyo people multiple times to remove us from flagship oyo ,but they are not doing it Very bad experience If you continue to tie up with such hotel ,oyo will be in trouble

You get a whole 1BHK to yourself. Clean and well maintained with well mannered staff. Drinking water and refrigeration facilities available 24×7 in the apartment itself. Apart from all this, The place is so disconnected from the city. To reach edappally you'll have to spend 150-200 on an Uber or Ola. To make things worse, you rarely get an Uber Ola here. That's how remote the place is. Another factor to look out for, if you book via Oyo, you'll have to pay an additional 12% as GST (on the total money you spent in OYO platform) to them. So keep that in hand. In totality. The place is worth the money. But you'll have to spend significant time beforehand to get your supplies before reaching here, be it medicine, beverages etc.
