That was a disgusting service from the hotel. I had to book the stay for my family with 3 rooms.after getting the confirmation from OYO we started the journey from Calicut to Kochi.we’ve reached the location at midnight and I called these guys to check in. The deny to check in and told me that they don’t have any room available. I really had hard time to find another stay at 1am and had to pay 3 times more than actual amount just because of trust these guys..

Very poorly maintained.Full of cockroaches.We had to shift at night to the new property Sithara Tower,behind the Masjid.Too many Mosquitoes also as the sewage canal is stagnant and open.

I was peeking at this hotel for a night stay and being lucky I got a room. The room is not great for the price but for one night stay it is ok. Parking is there and staff helped parking my car. The staffs are good. And it has a very good ambience.
