yes was good experience with the bar manger jithin as i was waiting for my booked bus till 9 pm have to spend three hours there got a good service there thanks team will be visiting next month

A well maintained 4 star hotel with polite staffs and ambience. I never think about an other hotel when I am going to vytilla Or ekm.

I have visited the Velocity lounge bar here. Total they have three bars here. One local bar, One roof top bar and one normal AC bar. I went to the ground floor AC bar. The bar is small but a decent ambience for having a casual drink which is not so cosy. Food is tasty and delicious. Its located just opposite to Vytilla mobility hub.

Good location, right in front of the bus junction. Nice and clean rooms. Hotel has own restaurant as well.

Five years ago, I shared a positive review here, but today, on 28th September 2023, I feel compelled to express my concerns regarding that previous assessment. I am revising my thoughts now. Approximately 11 months ago, I visited the bar located near the reception of this hotel. During my time there, I enjoyed drinks and food, ordering two pegs. However, when I requested another peg and some food, I was denied service. The management instructed me to leave and go downstairs. I subsequently reported this incident to their office, where a lady took my call and listened to my account, but I have yet to receive any follow-up. This lack of response has prompted me to share my experience now. The treatment I received was unacceptable; I was shown a level of disrespect that should never be directed towards a guest. The staff's behaviour was both rude and arrogant, leading to my humiliation as I was asked to leave. This experience has left a lasting emotional scar that I believe will never fully heal. I have never encountered such treatment in any hospitality establishment before; it felt as though I was valued less than a dog. Despite having paid for their services, I was met with disdain rather than respect. The manager and staff displayed a complete lack of professionalism. I have resolved never to return to your hotel for the remainder of my life. However, I urge you to remember that guests should always be treated with the utmost respect in the hospitality industry. I chose your establishment not out of a lack of options in Kochi, as there are many alternatives nearby.
