This is an excellent location for family or friends. In the midst of the busy city you feel a village atmosphere. Very large area for parking and partying with so much fresh air. You will surely love it.

Yesterday, we visited this hotel and tried a special tandoori platter, butter chicken, Caesar chicken salad, and chapati. The food was good, but a bit on the expensive side. The platter included 6 pieces of tandoori chicken, 3 prawns, 2 pieces of mutton, and naan. It's sufficient as a meal for two people. As for the hotel's ambiance, it was pleasant with a nice garden setup and open space. The service was also good. However, the accompaniments for the drinks were disappointing. We were only given pickles and fryums with no other options available. Coming to the price: Tandoori platter: ₹900 Butter chicken: ₹400 Caesar salad: ₹200 Chapati: ₹15 each Egg bhurji: ₹150

I’m writing this review after an incredibly disappointing experience with Highway Garden Convention Centre, where our son’s wedding was ruined by numerous issues. Here’s how the venue’s team seemingly misled us, appearing focused on making quick money rather than delivering a quality service: 1. **Venue Allocation Issue**: We had booked two adjacent halls—one for dining and one for the main event. Mrs. Deepa had assured us of the layout and space available, showing us where the dining and serving areas would be. We planned everything accordingly and trusted the arrangements. However, on the day of the wedding and reception, we arrived to find that the dining hall had been allocated to another event. This unexpected change caused immense stress, leaving us scrambling at the last minute and making it impossible to enjoy our son’s wedding. 2. 2.**Poor Water Service**: Water was not provided adequately. Instead of individual water bottles for guests, only a single, unclean water cooler was placed, forcing guests to stand in a long line to get a drink in small cups. This level of service was unacceptable for an event of such importance. 3. **Deceptive Billing Practices**: We observed, and several guests reported, that dessert plates were placed near the main plates but were not refilled promptly. This led guests to pick up main plates for desserts, likely increasing the plate count to inflate billing. 4. **Unhygienic Drink Service**: The welcome drinks were served without proper hygiene; the staff didn’t use gloves to mix or serve them. Guests noticed this and mentioned it to us, which was very embarrassing. This review is based on our firsthand experience. If you’re considering this venue, ensure every detail—down to water service and hygiene practices—is documented. We are extremely disappointed with Highway Garden Convention Centre and regret choosing them for such a significant occasion.

Worst customer service and tasteless food.. The staff seems to be annoyed when we asked to provide drinking water after our meals since it was not kept on the table.. Also we ordered lemon juice in the beginning and we ended up finishing our lunch without water or juice.. At last we had to cancel the juice as the staff replied "there's no sugar!! " These all happened during the restaurant had hardly 15 people.. We were able to see a lot of service staff but useless 👎.. Had high expectations for a restaurant like Kettuvallam but extremely disappointed.. Not recommended at all

This was a usual hangout for us back in 2010s, the only place with a very well maintained lawn and all, visited here after a long gap recently and was ok. The food and all is pretty much same but the service has deteriorated over time. Its a good place if you prefer outdoor seating.

Great location, beautiful hall and sitting area for an intimate function. Rooms are cozy, with bathtubs and superbly functional ACs, just a bit too many mosquitoes which is pretty common in tropical regions.

They have one of the best location. But their rooms are at least the ones we took were not fully functional. The bathroom was small and the bathing area had a full size bath tub, which was useless. There was a function happening in their convention hall and so we did not give the side by side rooms even though we booked few days in advance. They did not gave us the additional cot and we had to fight to lessen that from the bill and just have them charge for the additional person in room. Food served were just normal quality but pricy. Overall just an average experience.
