OYO Flagship 18938 Hotel Mars

Its the perfect place for one to stay for a great experience. Right in the city centre in mg road, very close to malls, the ferry point for fort kochi and other amenities. Very courteous and friendly staff. Always ready to help out and are efficient. Stayed in a 3x room. Rooms are neat and spacious; the bathroom as well. Moreover its a budget hotel.The AC was not working. They do not have in house electricians so in wasn't repaired during our stay. The breakfast is outsourced too. They don't have a restaurant. There is no parking space but the watchman showed us a safe place to park. Worth the price! We were allowed an early check in and as it was Christmas we weren't charged anything. A plum cake as a complimentary was given too. We loved our stay. Looking forward for going there again.

Spacious rooms with modern amenities, in the heart of kochin city near marine drive and Subash park. Well trained staffs and rooms are neat and cleaned. There is no lift but considering the amount we paid, it is acceptable. Overall a great stay experience. Special mention to Sharon who has helped in arranging sight seeing.

It is a Budget hotel, Room cleaness were below average..The main thing is Mosquitoes., And the other problem is Power failure, If the power is gone mostly it will take to come around 20 minutes even night time also. They are not switch on their Generator,i think so. And breakfast they are providing is limited quantity, Even not worthy for 50rs .TV is not getting desired channels, Only some free channels getting, Hotel staffs were not proffessional but they were helpful. Very Good wifi speed, Hotel Location was also good.

The room was a great quality for money and the place has a good location, close to a shopping center, cinema and restaurants. However, there is room for improvement when it comes to the breakfast. The staff looked a bit lost when they brought the food into our room, and unfortunately they don't even have a toaster, just simple bread and 1 boiled egg/person. (Spreading the hard butter on paper thin soft bread is quite a challenge.)

This a worsted experience for me. What they shown at there site isn't matching. This rooms are so dirty and dust, It didn't cleaned properly, non washed linen, bed cover. Also have a disgusting smell. It noticed with hotel management. They responded that: "here every room like this only, if you interest you stay here, or else check out". Please don't book this hotel because the images shown inthe site and reality have far differences.

If you book through OYO, they will ask for RTPCR certificate and cancel your booking. OYO will take cancellation charges, no refund and for direct booking you have to pay more. Please don't book using OYO. Good hotels are there in the same locality, rates are low and allow 24hrs check in. Opt them..

I wouldn't go back again. Location is good, near metro, but there are other oyo and hotels too It's just room, you would be promised for breakfast but they don't have kitchen, no Tea, no gas, you are bound to get delayed if u depend on hotel for meals or anything apart from towel, soap or bath gel.. I had to call repeatedly for breakfast, after 1 hour I received one paper wrapped dosa with chatni calling it as breakfast..no plates, no spoon, no beverage, juice, water.. So cool, if u HV lot if patience with these kind of hospitality services, best luck.. As a lastest resort I would drop the idea to visit then to visit is my view..

That hotel is running short of staff. Except for the one guy at reception. He was managing the entire hotel. No windows in Deluxe room. No water bottle and glass in room. Breakfast was packed in newspapers. No plate or bowls or spoon were available. Kudos to the helpful young guy at reception, he was managing the entire hotel on his own. He also helped me in printing admit card. Thanks to him. Hotel management should hire more people to run the hotel. You cannot leave the entire hotel on a very young guy.
