Worst Hotel Experience – Misleading Info, Poor Service, and Rude Manager I booked 2 rooms for 5 people for 1 day through Agoda, choosing this property because it clearly mentioned 24-hour check-in. My guests were arriving early morning, so this was important. Upon arrival, the manager (Devi) told me they don’t have 24-hour check-in because “this is OYO” and claimed it was my mistake. She said it was Agoda’s mistake, not hers or the property’s, because Agoda is a “3rd party app.” She even said she has many hotels and I could complain to Agoda if I wanted. Despite the misleading listing, they charged an extra ₹2000 for early check-in (₹1000 per room) and refused to refund it. The rooms themselves were dirty, the lock was damaged, and the AC was not working. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were very poor. The staff and manager were extremely rude and unprofessional, with zero customer service skills. When I explained I booked because of the advertised 24-hour check-in, the manager dismissed it completely and said they “can’t do anything.” This property misleads customers, overcharges, and treats guests poorly. Avoid at all costs.

Very bad experience, foul smell from the bathroom and room is not clean, also there is no proper electrical support i spent around 3 hrs in the room without fan, ac and not even single light. When i request for another room the staff were behave very rude he is saying that electrical problem is not his mistake so he cant provide another room.. Rating is big zero
