Hotel Archana Inn

We had stayed here for a night as we reached to Ernakulam earlier than expected. The room was cozy and also liked the service. Bathroom was also clean and neat.

They don't know how to do the business. I called for an inquiry to get an early check-in. After 2 hours they called and told me sir you can come. I checked in the morning at 6 and after that their manager asked for an extra amount and told us either pay or leave the room. They returned our money and we had to look for another hotel which caused serious trouble for us. Pathetic sense of business.

Aishwarya hotel's owner is the same and their manager helped us a lot for this hotel. Added hindi TV chennal also. You can book if you are travelling by train and want to stay for one or two days.

I recently had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Everyone from the reception to the housekeeping staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and well-cleaned. The atmosphere and vibe of the hotel were peaceful and serene. The hotel is located near the railway and metro station and close to many amenities, making it very convenient. Overall, my experience at this hotel was excellent and I definitely look forward to staying there again in the future. Overall ratings:- 1. Rooms - 10/10 2. Maintenance and Hygiene - 10/10 3. I had a worst experience with a family trip. After each low ratings review, there will be lots of 5 star ratings flooded. I will leave it to you to think if those are original or fake. If you are lucky you may able to find the reception of this hotel. Even if you find the reception, neither no one will be available nor the phone number mentioned in the desk will be picked by anyone. No parking available at hotel. Infact you hardly find the place to walk to reach the room. No Comments on Cleanliness of the room. No lift available. I had to cancel my advance booking after reaching the location and seeing the room. I would never book this hotel again and would not suggest to any family as well.
