Hotel Span International

Hotel is located in the middle of city. Well connectivity by metro & public transport. Room is well maintained, cleaned & spacious. Break fast provided by hotel were superb and we all were satisfied with the food But room service is very slow.

I liked the staff members in this hotel specially Ms Lekha the front desk manager. She’s one of the type any employer would love to have in his leading staff list. I observed the staff attentive, helpful and together they work as a team; for the guest it’s a welcoming experience making them feel better taken care. I give full credit to the service standards.

I had an incredible overnight stay at Hotel Span! The moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning front area. The room was cozy and beautifully designed with sleek interiors, making me feel right at home. To top it off, the breakfast spread was delicious! Thank you to the entire team at Hotel Spam for a wonderful experience. Your hospitality and attention to detail made my short stay truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Was here on a solo trip for 3 nights. What's good. -Well located hotel, right in the heart of the city just a 1 km away from the nearest metro station. - Decent service. - The mattress was good. Not too firm / soft. Wasn't a flimsy 2 star hotel mattress. -Attached bar - Decent breakfast. What's not great:- - The room maintenance is really bad. Things like stained bed sheets, coffee mugs with stains, broken toilet seat, worn out tissue box and remote holders etc are not great signs of a 4 star rated hotel. - There was this constant cigarette smoke smell in the bathroom even after the exhaust fan was on. Didn't know what this was. - The paint on the walls was off due to moisture. - The switches for the lights are scattered all over the room. There is no master switch to switch off all lights at once. Before hitting the bed, you need to walk around the room to switch off lights at different spaces. This was very inconvenient. Overall, I would say its a 3 star hotel.

The true highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. They are the linchpins holding the essence of hospitality that the hotel promises. A special mention must go to Sonu, who was remarkable in his efforts to ensure that every aspect of my stay was seamless. His attention to detail and proactive service went beyond typical expectations, making my experience notably pleasant. However, it's clear that there are aspects of the hotel that even the diligent front desk staff can't gloss over. From the need for interior updates to modernizing amenities, there are several areas where the hotel could invest to restore and perhaps even exceed its former glory. With a concerted effort to rejuvenate its facilities to match the high standards of service exemplified by employees like Sonu, Hotel Span International could easily transform into a top-tier destination in Kochi. In conclusion, if you're seeking a place where service is treated with utmost seriousness and staff goes the extra mile, then Hotel Span International still holds appeal. With some necessary updates, it could certainly reclaim its spot as a jewel of Kochi’s hospitality scene.

Everything is okay except room service, breakfast and hot water facility. Hot and cold water coming from hot water faucet in 10 seconds interval. Front desk accepted this as a regular complaint but not improved. Room service is not good if we book for more than 1 day stay

Neat and stylish rooms with all amenities in an accessible location. Good staff and room service. Bar and restaurant is available in the rooftop called Vineyard and there is another one air conditioned in the first floor as well. Good breakfast yet there were limited choices. Warm and pleasant hallways and lounge. Value for money. We will definitely book next time also.
