The Renai cochin

I had a wonderful experience at Renai Cochin. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive from check-in to check-out. Liked the room. Clean bed and linen. Bathrooms with excellent fittings. Check in was very smooth and fast. Got checked in early and not a word of early check in was discussed. Comfortable stay. |A suggestion on the food menu. Please increase vegetarian options as the menu is almost full of non vegetarian options.

The hotel and rooms were neat. The room had enough space to fit two of us and four large luggages. The front desk staff were helpful and courteous. The same is with the restaurant staff. I would definitely come back and recommend the hotel if you would like to stay in the heart of Kochi.

I had a great stay at Renai. Very very friendly staffs. Very helpful and give utmost comfort to guests. Swimming pool is neat and clean.Food is great with limited options but delicious. Lulu mall is 5 mins and wonderla is 15 mins from here. Its close to metro too. I would definitely come back here again.

We had a fantastic team lunch at Renai Cochin. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a group gathering. The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes that catered to different tastes. The service was prompt and courteous, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend it for team outings or family get-togethers!

Ideally located. Metro station is just 100 mtrs away. Ample parking space. Old property but well maintained. Rooms need to be upgraded. Breakfast buffet spread was of limited choices (esp non carb diet) and was repeated daily. Almost no options for desserts. Friendly staff.

Rooms were excellent in terms of ambience and aesthetics. Staff at reception and restaurants were very polite and courteous. Same with housekeeping staff.|Food at the restaurants was very tasty and well prepared.|Banquet hall Gazebo was excellent for our function. All guests appreciated the hall. Food menu served for the function was excellent, again well appreciated by the guests.||A special thanks to Ruby, Banquet Manager, for providing and arranging the Gazebo banquet hall reservation for the function.||A special thanks to Chief chef Denny for helping us understand the food menu and participating in food tasting process, well before the function.||A special thanks to Adhersh for handling our room reservation.||Overall we had a great time at Renai Cochin.

The rooms are very neat and the service and hospitality are excellent. The location is also very convenient and they have a well equipped meeting hall with a large capacity for business and family gatherings. They also arranged an uber auto for me while returning. The staff are cordial and welcoming. I will definitely consider again when visiting Kochi.
