Several types of rooms are available. But the room I got was not much clean, there were stains inside the toilet. And there was a bad smell in the shole room. Price seems a bit overpriced. Good parking space. Security is there for the hotel for keeping an eye on the parked vehicles.

Its a decent place to stay it, the rates are bit over priced compared to facilities provided. 2k for ac room and Rs900 for single non ac room. But none proper toiletries and tv channels were limited to one, aisanet only. It has a good rooftop for parties and less verification,So you can stay here peacefully

Very rude manager and not ready to discuss properly. Rooms shady. After cancelling booking 4 days in advance, the manager charged half of the advance as cancellation fees. He never mentioned about cancellation fees earlier. Never again..

Neat and tidy rooms. We used their single bed room apartment style accomodation. It has a drawing room and kitchen and facilities like air conditioner, refrigerator and television. It is a well maintained facility and staff members are extremly friendly and well mannered. It is located in a prime spot and is just a stone throw away from Lulu Mall.

The name ALPHA RESIDENZ IS CHEATING. This is the worst rooms we have ever stayed. The owner is very rude and arrogant. Even drinking water is not provided and charged as Too costly.. Please consider this review has high priority nd don't ever choose this for your stay. It will definitely spoil your trip nd one days rest. Even flush is not working properly in any of the restrooms irrespective of AC and non AC. Didn't expect this from cochin people.
