I had the worst experience during my stay at this hotel. The pictures on Google are extremely misleading compared to the actual condition of the room. The pillowcase looked polished on the outside but was in a horrible state inside. The bed had scratches, and the overall cleanliness of the room was appalling. Even the drinking water provided was of low quality, which is unacceptable. I stayed in a single room for just one night, but it felt like a nightmare. I can’t imagine how this hotel could accommodate families in such poor conditions. The management seriously needs to improve hygiene and maintain their rooms better. Thankfully, I only had to endure it for one night, but I would never recommend this place to anyone.

A budget friendly yet high tech hotel for a luxurious stay. The hotel is inside the market. Safety, accessible and nearest to Ernakulam railway station. We had a very pleasant stay.

Beside south station an affordable hotel. 700rs non A/c room. spent more than 13 hr in the hotel. The room was so cunjested. No fresh air. The room has a window just to watch opposite building. Provide a TV. No use. Any how the 3 stars given only for the room and the locations

The non-Ac room is not clean and smelly and the washroom is too small… I requested the staff to upgrade the room to AC but the staff was saying there were no rooms available when I checked In the app it showed available.
