Worst experience... I have booked there through Oyo and already paid full amount two day before check-in but when I reached the property they denied my stay and said they are already fully occupied.. worst experience ever . I lost my money and time. I didn't get refund also

Disappointing Experience: Reception Refused Room Reservation I recently booked a room here for my friend through their online booking platform OYO, looking forward to a comfortable stay. However, upon arrival, they encountered a disappointing situation. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the receptionist refused to provide them with a room. This experience left them feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. Not only was I left without accommodation, but the receptionist's attitude added to the disappointment. Their lack of empathy and inability to resolve the issue promptly only exacerbated the situation. As a customer, I expect better service, especially when a reservation has been made in advance. The refusal to honor my booking without a valid reason reflects poorly on the hotel's professionalism and reliability. Moving forward, I hope OYO takes steps to ensure such incidents are not repeated. Clear communication and efficient problem-solving are essential in the hospitality industry to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Overall, my experience with this hotel was disappointing due to the receptionist's refusal to provide the room despite a confirmed reservation. I would hesitate to recommend this hotel to others based on this experience.

Very unhygienic bathroom and bedroom .We visited twice here as this was close to our hospital .Customer service is so bad and especially bathroom surrounding are filled with previous users waste and can't even touch doors and pipes due to untidy. Pls don't go there in any case of emergency.

The worst!!! This room is a spam guys so please don't book. I booked this room 2 days before the check-in, and when I went there, they said no rooms were available for me. I paid the amount, and these people asked me to call Goibibo and ask for a refund. There was no one in the reception when I went there. I called the caretaker, whose number was written on a board. That guy didn't have the courtesy to come and talk to us. He was there in a room on the ground floor but refused to come out. We had to request him to come out of the room. He was so arrogant and said we gave the rooms to the customers who came in the morning and asked us to look for another room. One thing I should mention is the great customer service of Goibibo. This was an OYO room that I booked through Goibibo. Never ever use OYO or book OYO rooms through any apps because the app and the rooms have become the worst. The place was messy and dirty, and the whole place looked like a lodge. It is not at all like what is shown in the pictures. The picture is of some other building. Goibibo needs to remove these kind of properties from the listing because they affect the reputation of the app itself. These kinds of places have to be closed, and action has to be taken immediately.

Booking through Oyo turned into a nightmare when we arrived at our designated hotel in the dead of night, only to find it deserted and unattended. Despite repeated attempts to call the staff, our pleas went unanswered, leaving us stranded and vulnerable in an unfamiliar place. The complete lack of assistance from the hotel management was not just disappointing, but downright alarming. How could Oyo allow such establishments onto their platform without ensuring basic standards of service and accountability? It was a gross oversight that left us questioning the integrity of the entire booking system. As we huddled together in the empty lobby, frustration turned to disbelief. The very essence of hospitality had been forsaken by those who were supposed to uphold it. The thought crossed our minds: if Oyo couldn't guarantee a minimum level of competence from their partners, were they fit to be in the hospitality business at all? The experience left a bitter taste in our mouths, eroding any trust we may have had in Oyo's ability to deliver on its promises. It was a stark reminder that behind the glossy facade of online booking platforms lies a precarious network of unvetted accommodations, where the comfort and safety of guests are treated as an afterthought. Apologies for the 1-star rating, as there isn't a negative 5-star option.
