One among the best Hotels in Kochi; Located right in the middle of city. Access to all sorts of mobility facilities. Neat and clean rooms. There are 3 Bars. The service and quality are excellent. Staff behaviour is the best.

My experience was very very bad.Very bad coordination and hospitality.we booked the hotel from noon 12 pm,and went for check -in on 8:15 pm evening after confirming booking.But till 10:30 pm the rooms were not alloted .2nd room was alloted at midnight 12:00am. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

I have stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and my experience was totally disappointed from the time off check in. When I ask the security for the parking plot he said get ur roomno. First I had tell him I have the reservation and his reply was; it doesn't matter. When I reach the room the first thing came to see that a fly on the bed and the linen was dirty. Ac remote was not placed, no tea spoon for the amenities. Rather all the experience were extremely bad I have to highlight the cleaning of room. On the second day we have went out of the room at 10:00 am and came back at3:00 pm the room was not cleaned. I have call the reception and they ask me did u ask for service before. In any of the hotel they will do the room cleaning before the guest came back from ashore. I never accept it's as a four star ⭐facility hotel. May be considered as a 3 ⭐. The only plus point that u can say is the location.

Avoid this hotel at all cost .Very poor services provided by staffs . Even after pre-booking one week back ,they had alloted us the room hours later .

Very very bad experience, Cleaning is not upto mark, bathroom is stinking, not maintained properly, I booked the room over the phone and confirmed about free breakfast but they insulted us by saying no free breakfast is available and made us to wait for confirmation. AC is not working properly. Soiled water comes from washroom. Very unhygienic hotel.

This is the one of the best property in Vytila Location is very beautifuland good feel it..... Staffs are very freindly and pollite... Services is very good I like it 👍

It was a nice experience @ Artic hotel. Liya was extremely helpful and fantastic. Sound system was not upto standard. Altogether nice place for hangout.
