Napier Heritage Fort Kochi

Good location near Fort Kochi beach and to other prime locations. Rooms were neat (we booked 2 rooms) and were provided with required items. Pool was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good with many options. Staffs were good. Sufficient free parking available. Budget wise this hotel is lesser expensive than other hotels in the location. Overall it was a great stay.

Very centrally located place in fort Kochi. The place is nice but the rooms we were given was not so great. The window opened on a passageway. There was not much light in the room. Apart from this the resort was nice. The pool was good. They served complementary breakfast which was great.

We booked 2 rooms and were allotted rooms at the ground floors which were dark, dimly illuminated and were small in size. These rooms seemed like prison cells. Kathakoli and Marshal art show was going on floor above our rooms causing lot of sound. The food quality was reasonably good but the serving persons should be more professional. Room standards are not worth compared to the charges.

I recently stayed in the Dutch rooms in the hotel. The overall experience was good. The food and the hospitality was amazing. The pool was also of appropriate size and was well maintained. The location of the property was the highlight was we were able to walk to most of the tourist attractions in fort Kochi town and roam around the shopping streets and cafes. The Dutch rooms we stayed was the base level rooms and had the basic amenities only. It is not located in the main hotel complex. I would not recommend those rooms if you are expecting premium amenities or if you are travelling with more than 2 people. You can go with the higher category rooms.

We spent one day there and had a fantastic experience. The service was outstanding, with very friendly staff. The property’s location makes it easy to access many sightseeing spots. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
