The Postcard @ Mandallay Hall is an exceptional hotel experience. There are only 5 rooms and it feels like a warm home stay in a hotel. The service from the service from Renjith, Vivek and the rest of the team is exemplary. The room is beautiful with a huge roll top bath in the middle. Beautiful bed linen and wow what a huge bed. Lots of lovely extras during the stay such as chocolate, teas, free tote bag made the stay even more special. The food at both breakfast and dinner was delicious. I had local food for dinner and western for breakfast . Scrambled eggs were perfect. This hotel group has a small number of other properties in India and Sri Lanka and I will moat definitely book with them again for my next trip to either of these countries. If you are planning to visit Kochi then you can do no better than this home away from home hotel.

We had a perfect stay, the rooms were beautiful with amazing amenities and the service was absolutely impeccable! They gave us another room the next day so we could check out late evening as we had a late flight, helped us order food delivery and even send our postcards. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to all travellers for a 5/5 stay thank you The Postcard Mandalay Hall!

This is an amazing place. A beautifully and tastefully restored old building nestled in the charming old Jewish neighborhood of Kochi. Nicely decorated and spacious rooms, most friendly and helpful staff and a great restaurant.

This is probably the youngest hotel chain out there and boy are they different!!! its a small hotel bang on the Jew street and in a very quaint part of the city. I am sure you can get a better property in terms of room design, size of pool, amenities etc; BUT - you will not get the unmatched warmth and hospitality Renjith and team bring...every staff member is a gem and truly address all your demands with a smile and genuine good intent. ||Go here for a personal warmth and an experience of a life time. ||നന്ദി - nandi Everyone at The Postcard!!!

I spent three nights at the Postcard Mandalay during a three-week trip to India. I stayed entirely in 5-star hotels and this was among my favorites. The hotel is located on a pedestrian only street in the historic Jewish quarter and a short tuk tuk ride away from Fort Cochin. The neighborhood is full of interesting shops, coffee houses, and traditional outdoor markets. The entire staff is professional and friendly under the manager Renjith’s leadership. Too many to individually name but include housekeeping, dining, and kitchen staff. Everyone is so helpful and kind. The chef is very talented and creative. I ate all my meals there! I stayed in Gallery 2 and didn’t mind the occasional happy voices from the street. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place to stay in Kochi. Only 5 huge rooms exquisitely decorated with artworks and design elements that honour the incredible history of this place. Opens onto the lovely synagogue lane where vehicles can't go. Easy Tuktuk ride to the VERY busy Fort Kochi. Hotel staff are attentive to every need and wish. Great food and very flexible to accommodate our schedule. Definitely my first choice if we have the opportunity to return.

Love Love Loved the Place and the people ! Had an amazing stay experience at the hotel. We were welcomed from the entrance of Synagogue Lane, Jew Town since no vehciles are permitted beyond that point. As he walked us to the hotel, he explained the history behind the places there. We were welcomed with hot towels and a welcome drink, a homemade local sherbat which was really good. The checkin procedure was smooth and we were taken around the property to see. Each room is aptly numbered as gallery 1, 2 and so on. Each room is beautifully designed and furnished with art work on almost each wall. Everything has a very artistic and heritage touch. I suggest this place to anyone who appreciates art and heritage with a modern touch. Special mention to all the staff there who made the experience at the hotel and even better one !! Thank you Postcard for an amazing experience. Will be visiting other properties from them soon.

We had an excellent stay here , and we have to particularly appreciate Mr.Ranjit , the GM who really goes out of the way to ensure wonderful hospitality and care . Right from the moment we arrived until we left , he was particular about every aspect of our stay , attending to every request along with his team . The rooms were beautiful and the food was really good. The decor is lovely as well. The location is slightly difficult to reach by car but the staff come out and help you with the luggage and parking etc . Overall I really want to thank Mr.Ranjit and his team for their impeccable hospitality :)
