I stayed in this tourist home with my wife and daughter during christmas. The atmosphere in Kochi was incredible and this house is located in the heart of the city. Our room on the first floor was very convenient. We had peaceful nights and delicious breakfasts with a view on coconut trees. Throughout our stay the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Our stay at Chackupurakal Homestay in Fort Kochi was truly delightful. The atmosphere was so pleasant and homely, it felt like a true home away from home. The owner and staff provided lots of help and care, making sure we had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the place was top-notch, and The location was convenient, being close to everything we wanted to see and do in Fort Kochi. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Fort Kochi.

This is a lovely, very clean and affordable guest house. It was clean, quiet at night, it's at a great location near Port Cochi and the owner of the house as well as the personnel were lovely. Our original booking for the night got cancelled, so our driver suggested this place as an alternative - and we are lucky he did. They took us in , gave us a good price and it was some of the best sleep we had in India. Would 10/10 recommend.

We stayed at the Chackupurakal hotel in Fort Kochi for two days. It's a wonderful building, colonial style with a flowery patio. Although it's located not far from Fort Kochi Harbour and the busiest streets, the place is quiet and calm. The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and clean as well as the bathrooms. Air conditioning and electric fans are available. We took great pleasure in the delicious breakfast served at the balcony overlooking the patio in a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. ||The hotel staff were really very kind and welcoming. ||Very good value for money. ||If we came back to Kochi we wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again, so we strongly recommend it to all those who want to take a rest. Close to the city center but quiet, intimate and cosy.

We stayed here for 3 nights & it was a very pleasant place to stay. The host family were friendly & polite. Rooms were spacious & very clean, with plenty of hot water & good air con/ ceiling fan. Breakfast wasn't extensive, but more than enough with egg, toast & bananas. It is served on the shared balcony which is a lovely place to sit.||Location is great as it's walkable to the beach, Kathakali entertainment & local shops & restaurants.||We'd happily stay here again.

Very nice experience in this homestay, everyone was very caring and attentive and made us feel welcomed. They even stayed up late waiting for us to come back in the evening to make sure we could get back. Thank you for the hospitality

Loved the ambience. As we entered the compound, the building's whitewash paint and luvly design was pleasant to the eyes. Rooms are very spacious perfecr for a 3 in a room.Bathroom clean and bed was firm and clean. Breakfast was simple with yummy omelette and bread toast. Hosts were very friendly.

Spacious room with very efficient AC. Friendly hosts and sumptuous breakfast. Located within walking distance of main sites in the old town. The hotel is situated far enough from the main road to nullify the sound of traffic. We found another hotel across the road where we could use the swimming pool. Would gladly stay there again.
