NillI recently stayed at Raelyn's home stay in Kochi, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, providing a peaceful and comfortable environment that felt perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The hospitality was top-notch, with the hosts being warm, welcoming, and attentive to every need. At just 1000 rupees per day, the stay was incredibly affordable and offered great value for money.

NillVery bad experience, First thing there is no parking space. The way to this home is very narrow. If you have four wheeler it’s difficult to park there.Secondly the odor of the room was disgusting, I didn’t sleep properly.

NillLast month, I had the pleasure of staying at a Raelyn's home stay in Kochi, and it was truly a remarkable experience. The accommodation was impeccable, with a clean and tidy room that immediately felt like home. The abundance of lush green plants scattered throughout the premises added to the serene atmosphere, infusing every corner with a refreshing touch of nature. At just 1500-2000 rupees for 24 hours for two people, it was an absolute steal, offering incredible value for money. The hosts were incredibly warm and hospitable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, I would rate this home stay a perfect 5 out of 5, and I'm already looking forward to returning someday. My rating was Hygiene:5/5 Maintenance:5/5 Parking:5/5 Ambiance:5/5 Price:5/5 Service:4/5

NillWe had a wonderful stay at Raelyn's Homestay. The family is very welcoming and kind. The room was spacious and very clean. There is also a beach close by that you can swim at! We found the neighborhood very charming and quiet compared to the other areas we visited. Thank you for having us ☺️

NillThe home is beautiful, decently designed, situated in a quiet location though still easily accessible to the beach road, accessorized with plenty of plants and has a beautiful rooftop even though overcrowded with lotus plants as the owner's side business. But the family did not make me feel welcome so I never felt a homely feeling in my one month stay there. Particularly the daughter, Yashia, was very money minded (also unfairly up charged another guest), did not have empathy for guests since the rental business wasn't hers, was very nitpicky about the way I lived and disrespectful. Some examples of unnecessarily stressful conversations we've had: 1. She asked for a per charge kitchen usage the second time I used the kitchen, even though it was never mentioned in our initial conversation when I asked about kitchen usage due to health issues. She later agreed to my request of a one time fee for the rest of my stay. It was a frustrating conversation with many circular arguments and constant interruption from her. 2. She lectured me about locking the door leading to the kitchen because I had left it open for less than a minute while I went to my room to grab something I had forgotten. 3. She lectured me about how to use the fridge, disregarding my health requiments to keep ingredients as fresh as possible. 4. She became very defensive when I brought up a problem with the door lock, unable to unlock my room door due to a faulty installment of the lock. The family made me feel very watched and judged - it really didn't feel like I had my own space. I left earlier than my initial desired timeline of three months, due to a mold problem in the pillows and mattress, and strong wifi frequencies, which caused me sleep issues and massive hair loss. The drinking water from the government line was also heavily chlorinated. I was disappointed that they went ahead to charge me penalty fees (higher per day rate) for breaking the agreement early even though it was due to my deteriorating health. Overall it was not a pleasant long stay and I will not return.

NillMy stay was pleasant except one minor hiccup created by one foreigner 😀. The owner were really humble and happy to assist. The only point I wanted to tell is the separation of rooms is not sound proof. There was one door which was closed but common so sound leakage was there. This was the reason of my argument with that person. ( she was not completely wrong but was overreacting). The washroom was very clean but a bit tight space. Balcony was very good for photogenic people 🤣. The other thing , which you can see in photo was the wall plug sockets. They were very far from bed or table or anything to put our phone or stuff.
