Not great, just 1 night ok. The bed is poor, location next to Cusat on the main road is the only plus point. 1800 i paid for a so called delux room is just waste!. No generator backup, lift doesn't work, rooms not clean. Poor overall! Thanks to their cleanliness in the walkway and room, i contracted Dengue!... Severe viral load. And my platelets went to 7K and 2 Platelets transfusions

Had the experience of visiting this place... It was very good... Their hospitality was very nice. I would choose this place again for my next travel

Average hotel, highly priced. The shower in the bathroom was not working and the staff were unable to fix the problem. Rooms are very small.

I my self checked in to this BEITH HOTEL located @ South Kalamassery(Opposite to Cochin University) on 11th September 2024 & checked out on 12th September 2024 due very very badly experience I had in this Hotel. Following are my badly experience. 1. No Hot water for taking bath.till the room vacated the same was not provided. 2. No towel was provided, but on 2-3 request the same was provided. 3. No bath soap was provided inspite of my request. 4. TV Is not working in the allotted Room, The same facility was not provided till I checked out. 5. No Hanger was provided( Not even ONE No.) for hanging the cloth. The cupboard was very dirty. Also No maintenance. 6. Drinking water was provided only after 2.-3 request. Room & Bath Room was not cleaned. Totally No maintenance at all. When the above problems reported @ reception, The incharge was not ready to take or listen my feedback/Problem, "He said if you are not satisfied You Can Check Out. Also The person @ recipien Shouted at me." So I have to Checked Out on 12th Night it self.

The hospitality of the hotel is excellent And the staffs are friendly and co operative One of the staff ajmel was too friendly and the guy is excellent in hosting and caring about customer

One of the best hotels I have visited Ernankulam also it is located in south kalamassery where the kusat is also located nice food and hospitality
