Bellwether Hotels

Mine was a short stay here. I went there at 9.45 am and checked out after getting fresh by 10.45 am. The property seems a very old one but decently maintained. The reception guy was super friendly. Rooms are neat and tidy as well. Bathrooms are clean too. The view from the room's long window was breathtaking. I may for sure consider to visit this place whenever i am travelling to fortkochi or anywhere near to it.

Good location and rooms are spacious. Cleanliness is a concern, Sheets were not clean. The toilets were not really clean there were hard water stains all overall. Do not take the breakfast add on, it's not worth it. Service is really pathetic, the guy from the reception told me that they do not provide breakfast, told him i paid extra for it. Did not argue just ignored that and checked in at 10PM and fell asleep. He calls me at 12:45AM, when i was fast asleep in the room, to check where I reached. Told him i am in the room, be said something vaguely like he remembered talking to me and hung up. Then at 8 AM the receptionist calls me i ignored the call and went back to sleep. At 8:30AM he rings the door bell wanting to know through which App i booked the room, gave him the info and went back to sleep. At 9:10AM, the morning shift receptionist calls me and asks me what I would like to eat for breakfast, told him what I wanted. With that i was done trying to sleep and had breakfast and checked out (Sleepy).

One of the worst hotel in Cochin . Rooms very bad , bed useless, toilet good for nothing, no room service, not security for family, no internet, staff total GOONDAS. No provision for guest to meet the staying customers. Only because of present management.

We booked a room for 3 person from MakeMyTrip and it was listed as deluxe. Since it was for New Year's Eve, the price was high. The location of the property is good. Parking for both two wheelers and four wheelers is available, which is a good thing in congested Thoopumpady. The reception of the hotel is basic and the lady was not at all courteous. No wishing no smile, nothing. The room was good in size but lacked basic amenities like Kettle, waste basket etc. Not even a table was available. The walls were stained and paint was seen peeling off at the ceiling and other places. AC was working but had dust in it. Clearly it shows the maintenance or the lack of it. No waste basket in the wash room also. Clearly it was a budget hotel without maintenance. The balcony of the 3rd floor was filled with broken furniture and other things. I don't feel it is good for families.

Service is nice. Food in the restaurant is really good, worth the money. Rooms are well furnished and well kept. The reception and the house keeping respond on a dime and cater to all your needs. The overall ambience of the room can be improved as in plug outlets that are not cared for as in broken outlets.

Location is good and is about 20 minutes from the railway station... Very basic rooms, no room service no iron box no restaurant, but the staff is nice and cooperative. House keeping is slow and only available at certain times in the day. House phone is down and often there is a cross connection between rooms while speaking with the reception... Parking is available

The experience was fantastic especially the ambience from top. The food was awesome experience particularly rice made chapati which was unique and best in taste for me being an Indian from North. Enjoyed every bit from staying to having good food, talking to people at staff side and other like minded people at hotel. Do visit and learn from them.
