The Fern An Ecotel Hotel, Kochi

When we arrived the hotel was overbooked and we had to stay for one night at the Ramada which is a nice resort hotel. For the remaining nights we came back and received an upgraded room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and did their best to make up for the inconvenience we had and they really succeeded in make us very happy. The rooms are clean and in a good state. Food is rich and tasty. The pool is clean and the Spa offers good services. Overall a very recommendable hotel with.

We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect—from the lovely swimming pool to the delicious breakfast to the comfortable rooms. Most importantly, there were the wonderful people at the Fern. We recently stayed at Fern Hotel in Kochi (formerly Trident) and we really enjoyed the stay. The hotel is in a quite ideal location, staff are very helpful and friendly, restaurant serves variety of Indian food and western food.
