VGP RESIDENCY - QUILON KOLLAM

Very bad experience. I booked double ac room for Rs.1850. Room was average. The blanket provided was not good feels like some bed bugs was around as my friend and i got some bite. So we removed the blanket and slept. They won't provide any drinking water or kettle or even glass in room. Need to pay for water bottle. Have got only a small parking area in front. It's in middle of market,so it's always busy daytime. Railway station and hotels are nearby available. Not worth for the price paid.

Poor rooms and services, They charge for essentials, even a bottle of water. No Wifi as they said in amenities. Room near and clean 1/5, service 1/5, Location 4/5. The bed sheet and the blanket are not clean as well. Bathroom is also not neat. For this price this is not worth 1,850/-.

Only one star if not for location. Very poor service. Room service is very bad. Rooms are also average. Location is good. Middle of the market road and has car parking facility aswell.

Rooms are good. Cleanliness and other amenities AC, BED CLOTHES, TOILET, LIGHTING are good. No restaurant with hotel available. But there are hotels veg or non-veg very nearly, only walkable distance. Location is Inside a market place or so , if you need to be in touch with town, its a good option. Business or interviews or meetings etc, a very good option for stay. But if you need a vacation serene calm refreshing stay, not the right choice. The behaviour of staff you might feel weird, they are not angry or so, but felt dump... Noone to carry your baggage, or no water bottles provided etc etc....

Reception staffs are not well mannered & rooms are not clean||This hotel was one of the most clean n well maintained rooms previously.|Now the room was so dirty. The floor was not cleaned, cupboard was dirty n had a bad smell, the room too smell so badly, bathroom not cleaned. ||I informed the reception lady but both of them did not respond or does not show the concern to clean up the room. "They were not bothered or they didnt care a damn" was the response. i had to stay in the same room for 3 days.|The hotel management must keep polite n well behave staff in proper manners.||Now the standard of this hotel is more like a lodge.

Rooms are good. Clean, comfortable and with all needed amenities. Very near to town. No restaurants attached, so can have from nearby hotels at walkable distance, veg or non veg. Any official trips, a good choice but not for a vacation or relaxation mode....

Very Bad Experience I had a very bad experience from one of the staffs in the recidency. We checked in our room at around 10:30 pm. The next day we went out and came back around noon and parked our car on the same place where we parked at night. After sometime one person came to our room and asked about the parked car and told us to move the car very rudely. We told them we are ready to move the car anywhere in the parking yard but still he was getting angry to us without any reason. There were no parking instructions from the staff and no parking lines in the parking yard. The behaviour of the staffs towards the coustomer is very rude and arrogant I strongly recommend not to book this recidency.
