KTDC Aqua Land

Very nice ambience, well maintained room and bathroom exactly almost right in the town but away from the polluted roadsides. Having fine dining area, parking space and also a good boat jetty adjacent to the lake infront of this hotel. Hence this hotel of KTDC is highy recommendable for families, corporates, travelers those who are coming to kollam

The main tourist attraction about this place which is different from other hotels is its stunning view of the lake.The hotel is located in a beauty sport or the main attraction of the city.We could see the Asttamudikayal and beyond that view kollam ksrtc bus stand can be clearly visible.There are loots of boat services which includes large and smaller type.Aqua land has two types of rooms standard and deluxe. Which we choose is deluxe which is more specious. The food provided on the hotel was avg not bad but not too good.Overall it was a great experence.

Awesome rooms, Quality food. An underrated Hotel in kollam. It need to reach out to the public in my opinion. A friend, a kollam town resident who came to visit me appreciated Aqualand, he never knew its so good out there.

Very nice place to visit. Situates at the bank of backwaters. Had a stay for four days. Govt. owned property and managed by govt employees. Very hard-working restaurant staffs and offered very good food. Felt safe when I ate the food from here. Housekeeping was very poor and can't open the windows as the unpleasant smell from backwaters over reign all over the room especially at noon time. AC is very poor.. Room is large and bathroom is spacious but there is no separation in dry and wet area. Amenities are very old and Guest supplies are not really acceptable ads they spread torn bed sheet🛌. Make sure your AC in the room works properly. You may not find 'swing' in the ac as it had gone through various repair 🔩🔧⚙️ TV 🏴📺in the room is new and it's LED They have room service, phone is provided. Room tariffs are very affordable and cheap..

Room is OK.Maintenance is not up to the mark. Ideally located. All rooms are facing the lake and the views from the rooms are superb.Adequate car parking facility is available. Only non air-conditioned rooms are available and they are priced at Rs.950 which is reasonable.Extra bed cost Rs.250. Services at the reception and the restaurant are good.Great property but the rooms are not maintained properly.
