This is my home in kerala. Since the moment it was built. My sisters engagement and all our stays and even my recent wedding events were here... Thus im a bit partial to it... But service seriously needs to improve (they lack staff). Good rooms. Slow room service. Great housekeeping.. Food is good too...

Its Such a good place for tourists, with reasonable Fare for the quality of shelter, though the restaurant's service was a bit lag while serving food, it takes around 30 mins for the order you made to reach. The food quality and Quantity was descent, and the place was clean and comfy. Had a nice time out there.

Good place but relatively poor and slow service due to lack of staff. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Features are good. Parking space can be improved. The in house restaurant serves decent food but again the service is kind of slow. We had to change rooms once as the AC was not working. Still I'd recommend the place.

I had a one day stay at this hotel. Cleanliness of the room was good. Service was also good. The sliding windows at the room was in a very bad condition (unable to lock only). House keeping was also poor. There was no towels available in the room. I had to vacate the room at the middle of the night because of the security issue.

Was good for an overnight stay. Spacious rooms. Close to railway station. Breakfast was ok. The staff was prompt enough to print us a placard to stick on our vehicle as it was national bandh that day. Only water came from the wash basin tap. Which didn't complain either since we were there only for a night.

Budget hotel for stay in Kollam. Large room. The room I got had a dining area as separate room. Good idea to keep smells from permeating the sleeping area. The bathroom door stopper was broken and so the door could not open fully. Goes to say that maintenance needs to be more prompt. All in all good for short stays with attached restaurant. The morning breakfast could be earlier. Restaurant is fully functional only by 8 am. From 7 you can get idlis though. And coffee from 6.30am.

I had booked this hotel via online portal, While checking in, i informed that i am online booking customer ( Check in/out timings are 12 to 12), They allowed me early check in by 7.30 am and confirmed that i will check out by next day 12 pm. I again reconfirmed on 2nd day morning. All fine. Checked out around 12noon. Kept my luggage and went for my work. At 3.30pm, when i came back to collect my luggage, they refused to give my luggage saying that i need to pay for 1 extra day. Despite using all my ways to convince them, they started threatening me, either you pay or we will not allow you to leave, They were pushing/pulling me. I was surrounded by 10-15 people. I thought in this situation i better pay and get out. I have been travelling for past 20+ years, but never faced such a situation. Friends, If you do not know local language, avoid this hotel or may be you may also face a similar scene. Friends, if we are safe, we can stay in some other hotel peacefully.

I wrote my review during my first stay at this hotel a few years ago. However, it was an utter disappointment during my one weeks of the second stay. Firstly my online request was never responded and I had to make an overseas call to the front office to request for booking It is now been managed by unskilled and untrained staff throughout the hotel. The staffs never greet the guests, A temple next door plays loud music throughout day and night thereby depriving me much needed sleep and rest after a hectic day out. Quality of the rooms is deteriorated considerably. At one time the toilet was chockablock, the technician forced his way into my room without even ringing the doorbell or knocking ignoring the common courtesy. Failed to provide with enough toilet rolls. Room Housekeeping requests were ignored or never responded to. ||A small TV in my room was only for namesake, never worked. A technician came to attend and told it will not work anymore and told there's no paid subscription to get the TV Channels. You sit in the unmanned coffee shop waiting for someone to attend or take orders, same as in the restaurant. On one night I left behind an envelope containing payment receipts. Restaurant staff picked that up but failed to return to me despite being asked to return. some dodgy and dishonest taxi agents operate through the hotel. My request to meet with the Hotel MD to highlight the issues has been overlooked. To maintain the level of service the management has to lift up their game. ||||However, the quality of food is very excellent.
