The hotel reception is handled by people who are unfamiliar with proper behavior and lack manners. Even though a room was booked a week ago, upon arrival, you are asked to pay more than what was initially quoted at the time of booking. For three rooms booked on the same floor, when you arrive, they are placed on three different floors. When asked why this happened, the response is that they can’t provide the same arrangement now, and if you want, you can take whatever is available. It is better not to come expecting that the rooms you booked will be ready as promised.

Not value for money. They charged 1232 for Non AC room. Room and amenities are pathetic. Not maintained well. Very old hotel. Years back it would be one of the standard hotels in this area. But now they charging like a three Star facility hotel and providing a minimal lodge setup.

Extremely pathetic staff and the experience was very bad. Poor facilities and not cooperative at all. Eventually checked out because couldn't stand with the arrogant attitude of the receptionist.

First of all the receptionist doesn’t care when we arrived and made us wait even after saw us at the counter infront of them. It was late night and they didn’t show any respect towards us they were treating us poorly and the room is big but outdated no proper maintenance |I booked this hotel because i heard good reviews from my relatives but from my experience it was the worst hotel experience I ever had

One of the great hotels of yesteryears in Kollam. Now it badly needs renovation. The Location and structure are very contemporary. Ample Parking space available. Two restaurants are available here.

Very bad hotel.not worth your money.they didnt give proper quilt.cant distinguish between bedsheet and qulit.no wifi.bathroom taps are leaking.rude behaviour from reception.no room service.no kettles or tea powders.no water.mosquitos in room.no proper switches.high charge for this type of local rooms
