Conveniently placed near the railway station. I ordered ghee roast and coffee. Ghee roast was dry, flavourless, the chutneys served along with it were 'watery'. Coffee was the worst! Couldn't drink it beyond 2 sips!. The washroom was clean and maintained.

This is just opposite Kollam Railway Station. ⅗ - Neat and semi-comfortable dining area. ⅖ - Neat toilet and washroom with tissues supplied near hand wash area. ⅖ - Food is okay. ⅕ - Felt price is very high for an okay food.

This hotel is very close to the Kollam junction railway station. We had breakfast (Dosa+Vada) here. It was very tasty. The staff is also so cool and served with due respect. Very happy with the breakfast. Also, we ordered tea here which costs 19/- per one but the taste is not good. Better to avoid tea and go for coffee (at your own risk, cze I didn't had that one so, I do not know how it will be). You can order Masala Dosa which is very good. Even the chutney is also good.

Hi Don't go for this hotel This is just walk away from railway station But try to get into some another option if available Yesterday (14th october 2024 730 pm) I made an enquiry for 5 rooms for a wedding team arriving from 300 km away. They agreed to arrange 5 AC rooms for 14 persons for freshen up and handed over the visiting card with contact Today (15 October 2024 10AM), when the groom called them, they changed their attitude and behaved like they are doing something charity for him and told to pay 2900 per room, where online rates are 2100 only When I asked the matter to him The front office staff said this is a hotel situated in front of railway station rules and regulations are not applicable If you can't, you may go for another option So please don't go to this hotel This is not family and kid friend able place bcoz the entrance is a local bar Not hygienic. The restaurant is so worst There is no star for this place, but only 1 star is there, So I will not recommend this place

I recently visited and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The quality of the food was notably poor, particularly the alfam, which was below expectations in terms of taste and freshness. The overall dining experience left much to be desired, as the service was also lacking. While the ambiance was decent, it did not compensate for the subpar meal. I hope the restaurant can improve its offerings to meet the standards expected from such establishments.

Very bad food but over priced. Even Small portion paneer curry cost around 240rs. Not much food veriety availabile, and much delayed food services. Don't know, For what purpose they are running this hotel! Seen people leaving the hotel after long wait.

Very worst food, i ate idli from this hotel, after that my stomach was upset,and acidity occured, i think they adultered the food...and too much price also .They adultered simple idli also....

Below average food with above average bill. U should wait for nearly 40 mins to get a 3 half cooked chappathies. Worst experience, won't visit again.
