Nowadays the food doesnot have any quality and quantity as compared to the past 2 months. We have complained about the food but still no improvement . Sambar have more water than the ocean. Pathetic quality . Compared to past few weeks the quantity is also less. So sad to write a bad review about this hotel. Try to improve the quality and quantity of the food.

We went for lunch, the food was so nice and ambience too, but the cost is surprisingly marginal. Loved the authenticity! Highly recommend.

We had very poor experience at the restaurant. Most of the items on the menu were unavailable. And the items were sub standard and not worth the price or quality. Staff had no clue on table etiquette and the order in which item to be placed. Dessert came first followed by main course and soup was the last item and one person did not even get food ordered.

Hidden Gem in kollam, One of the must visit hotel in kollam, even though they have limited menu, but they're not compromising on service and standards. Especially the restaurant services.Moreover, the FOOD was really scrumptious and we loved it. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make ourselves enjoyable. Everyone was so friendly and attentive!

Good stay and great location. Room- I booked the Double room with the window overlooking the front of the hotel. Rooms are medium sized and is kept very neat. The bed was very comfortable. Location- It's located at a junction that has a road right in front of it with full of restaurants and shops. They have their own restaurant attached. Hotel has its own dedicated parking for it's guests. Price - I booked for 2 nights. Rates are expensive. Cons - Room services are a bit slow. The showering area had water clogging which made it little unconvienient to take a shower. Apart from these everything went well.

This Hotel had given me a unique experience.well it has much more. I had my experience from the customer service that they provided when I had my breakfast there. The food was good and Such cool ambience and friendly people. And waitress miss sony,well she gave my family a wonderful experience.from her nature we can tell that all your services are good. 👍

Very pathetic service today went there for collecting onam sadhay Which has been preodered and First they promised will be delivered by 1130 and later they deleted the msg from wats app Still i have screenshot of it After reaching there is no porper arrangment for food delivery every thing is messed up Food has been given to there Friend and Family bypassing the queue Even after questioning they were not ready to do it properly very bad experience it took more than. 48 minutes in the queue to get food Food items which was promised 32 items But 28 items only there in the kit Main incrediants like Sambaram Boli Thoran and one pickel was missing from list If you want i have the unboxing video for the same along with agreed list i can upload
