Capital O 68980 Hotel Souparnika

Went there with friends we all liked the place. Very calm athmosphere with dark moody light settings. The projector in 2nd floor bar was a good idea. The rate is also very reasonable. I would reccomend people to visit here to spent some good time.

This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed. The rooms were extremely dirty, moldy and dusty. This is dirt that have been there for weeks. Even after we told reception, they didn't so anything. I am very disappointed and truly shocked that they would let anyone stay in rooms like that.

The rooms where clean comfortabel will give 5 star But the service the staff will take extra money than we booked in booking apps if we have gpay they says there phone number and tell to gave them money.. so poor situation ratger than this hotel good rooms good

Absolutely disappointed with my stay at this resort. The room was cramped and dirty, and the air conditioning barely worked.They didn't provide any cleaning service. No drinking water facility was provided. Will not recommend souparnika if you are looking for a good stay

The place and the location is good and the service is fair enough. But the AC rooms which they provided (4 rooms), all were in bad condition. Annoying sound from the AC in a room, Every toilets were weird and dirty there. One of the room I and my friends used to stay, slept there was short circuited when we woke in the morning, black dusts were all over the room. Thank god. We luckily escaped. I too not satisfied with service of the bartender there..

Souparnika hotel, punathalthzham.. Away from kollam town, and is just another BAR hotel. If you choose to have a drink and calmness then one time you can choose souparnika. Not much speciality.

dusty and dirty rooms , room service is not available at any time, they charged ₹3500 from me drinking water was not included, worst management!!
