Chandra Inn

I never suggest this type of place to anyone.. no proper cleaning of rooms and washrooms.. and they use our tooth brushes for cleaning the sink. No laundry service. No lift. Only a positive thing is.. two reception boys are good and gentle with the clients. I wish they will get a job in good hotel.

This is my second time in Kollam and I choose Hotel Chandra Inn again. The rooms are very clean. Also the bathroom is very good, hot water all time available. The receptionist is very friendly and tries to help in any situation. If I come to Kollam district again, Chandra Inn will always be my first choice.

It‘s a very clean Hotel with nice and big rooms. The personal is very friendly espescially Herees and vibin at the reception Are doing a very nice and Great service. I would recomend this Hotel!

Great comfort and cleanliness is superb. Just that they don't have a lift facility here. And worst hospitality. If the ownership and staffs are changed it's a great place to stay

This property is good with spacious rooms. If you are traveling with old people please note that there is no elevator. You have to use the steps. The supporting staff were two boys in the night time and they will not help us to carry the bag even. They will simply give the key and tell us the floor and then we have to find the room ourselves. Availability for breakfast only through zomato. The location is inside a housing colony kind of area so in another way it is peaceful. There are 2 covered spaces dedicated for parking. By default they provided bath soap and shampoo along with the bath towel. A dental kit is also available in the ask.

Pathetic services from staff I ve booked 3 ac rooms and ac didn't work in 2 rooms , Since we reached late no result was found and we have to stay without AC for the day for which we have paid full amount. Pathetic services from staff also Tv not working, Over all dissatisfied with Chandra inn
