I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Pushpak Grande, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, making the check-in process quick and seamless. The entire staff was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met. A special mention goes to Shruthi and Jiten, who not only served food with a smile and warmth but also took the time to engage with me personally, adding a lovely, thoughtful touch to my stay. The food was nothing short of extraordinary – each dish was delectably flavorful and truly a highlight of my visit. Overall, I had a wonderful stay here, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for excellent service, delightful food, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Hotel is decent, best part is very near to airport. Hotel staff is very co-operative, restaurant staff is always ready to help you even in odd hours. Kudos to the staff Sruthi, Jithin who are so kind and friendly to accomodate all out request

Close to airport. Courteous and helpful staff.Rooms are great and provide an unforgettable stay experience. Rooms are luxurious, clean and offer great views. Ananthu, from the reception desk, was extremely helpful and friendly. He welcomes guests with great conversation and a cheerful smile.

I recently attended a conference at pushpak grande malappuram kerala and it was an absolute nightmare. The conference rooms were poorly equipped with outdated technology. The audio was terrible, making it impossible to hear the speakers. The Wi-Fi was constantly dropping, hindering productivity. To make matters worse, the food was substandard and the coffee was undrinkable. The conference staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared. There were long queues for everything, from registration to lunch. The hotel itself was poorly maintained with dirty carpets and uncomfortable bedding. I would not recommend this hotel for any business event. It's clear they are not equipped to handle conferences of this size.

We Had a Group Conference in Pushpak Gramde Hotel Mallapuram on 18-19 July and was thoroughly disappointed with the service I received. Unfortunately, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, making my experience even more frustrating. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a lack of enthusiasm from the staff. Simple requests were met with eye-rolling and sighs, and it seemed like I was an inconvenience to them. To make matters worse, the service was slow and inefficient. Orders were delayed, and when they finally arrived, they were incorrect. When I brought this to the. staff's attention, they seemed unconcerned and unapologetic. Overall, my experience at Pushpak Gramde Hotel was subpar, and I would not recommend it to others. The combination of rude staff and poor service made for a disappointing and frustrating visit. I hope that management will take steps to address these issues and improve the customer experience. *Rating:* 1/5 stars😡
