Very convenient location, ample car parking, swiggy delivery of food, buffet lunch and dinner options available... Food quality was good. I went there for company dealer meetings. The party food menu rates are bit on the higher side and limited food options available.

Today had ordered 8 Onam Special Veg Meals as take away. The food was below average, all the curries and rice were very cold. Each and everything including 3 type of payasam were below average. Felt like waste of money.

It couldn't be considered as a 4 star hotel by considering the quality of rooms ..Seems to be good from outside...but the room was not upto the mark.. They were using very old and worst bed linen....furnitures were average...seems to be a vintage type but not maintained well.... Bathrooms were also very oldly furnished but was neat and clean

On September 13th, 2024, a group of 11 of us had lunch at Cloud 9. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the restaurant manager’s arrogant and dismissive attitude. When a couple of us chose à la carte over the sadhya, the manager’s behavior was so unwelcoming that it felt like we were being asked to leave. I’ve never encountered such poor treatment, especially in the service industry. I would not recommend this place for dining unless you’re prepared to be humiliated. In response to your comments below: except for the manager, everyone else was courteous and well-behaved. To clarify, none of the senior members had a positive impression of the service due to the manager’s arrogance. There were many empty seats when we were seated for lunch, and the sadhya was only served after we were seated. If you were concerned about the cost of the sadhya, we would have been happy to pay for it—if that was communicated to us. I’m surprised to see how you are defending yourself after everything that happened and we never pre-booked sadhya.

We stopped only to have lunch. The food was really good and there is a bar so I could have wine. Lovely place!

My room was clean and my bed was clean. The bathroom needed renovation - there was mould on the walls and door. The AC was working at 70% efficiency so the room didn't get fully cool. The fan helped. Breakfast was good. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet location near some restaurants and supermarket.

Room is clean. AC was not working properly. Managed with fan. Location is good. Restaurant is available They have good parking space. Considerable place on the way to idukki. I was travelling from calicut to idukki and felt a good place to stay on the way
