I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel on Kottakkal, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The level of service and attention to detail here is truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. An absolute must-visit. It's a testament to the pinnacle of luxury and service. Once again, kudos to the super friendly staffs they have.

Very limited parking space for guests. Have to use paid parking outside. Staff didn't provide disposable bathroom kit. No soap or shampoo provided. Shower nozzle was old and damaged.

Worst experience. Not worth the money. I stayed here for 24 hours. Nd had a horrible experience in the washroom as the shower was damaged nd the water was splashing all the side. Nd the electricity was very poor . After that when I complained this to the staff. He changed me to the different room were the ac was not working properly. And there were no screen for the windows and the sun hit the room nd made still more hot. Paying somuch of money to this poorly maintained room is not at all worthy. Even though if we try to book delux in online . Dey will say no rooms nd give u poorly maintained rooms only. I hope they would improve all the flaws soon.
