Most of the auto drivers suggest this place. Budget friendly stay. But we dont want to suggest someone. The blanket is dusty. So we cant slept properly

It is located nearby to arya veda sala kottakkal kerela but there is zero hospitality within the hotel rooms were leaking from everywhere but the charge was same. There were no staff at all. Bathroom was dirtiest no cleaning staff no room service staff no restaurant and no response from the reception itself. We had a long journey and didn’t had option at that time so we chose that. But not really recommended at all

First time I'm visiting this place. I came here in quarantine for 7days. It's very homely , clean and very safe. Other services including food is excellent. I would love to stay again when ever I need to visit this place in future. All my best wishes and good luck to the Owners / MD...

Having good staff with nice behaviour that treats you with great hospitality.... It's a good residency for families nd girls. Visible from kottakkal main road. Locality nearby the residency is really good. You will get the transportation easily while day time.

Usually, if I goes to hotel I never leave a review. This one is really nice residency . You can't believe how staff are friendly and welcoming.. Yummiest food all as per your choice.. Low cost with high facilities..

It's very near to kottakal Arya vidyashala.they have nice room with muti bed facility,kitchen and others.over all service is good.

Horrible horrible horrible. Was so terrified when I checked in. Was so panicked couldn't take pictures too. Its so dirty. Walls, bed Lenins, curtain and the pillow... worn out couch and shaky commode.. ophhh.. couldn't withstand, just ran out in 2hrs clearing the rent.
