Hotel Samudra

I have been frequently to this Hotel in the last 1-2 years. This Hotel is in the heart of the city. It is nearer to all the main transport modes. They have a huge parking as well. The rooms are neatly maintained and food is good as well. The staffs are friendly and treat the customers well. They have a small restaurant to dine-in and they also do room service. We chose the Deluxe rooms and the rooms have AC, furniture, TV, Small Fridge Hair drier, wardrobes, Locker etc . The hotel also has Board Room/Conference Halls. They also check the people who come in for Safety and security. The prices are little on the higher side but given the quality of rooms and the service, it is fair. You can also avail Corporate discounts as well. The only thing is they have a bar in the Ground Floor and that can sometimes be a problem. However, all my experiences are good.

It was a very pleasant stay and the staffs were very helpful. But they said that outside food is not allowed which I felt a little annoying as they are not the ones who decide what we need to eat.

Food was good but severed like it was made yesterday 😡 other than porata all other curries were very cold even the Cooffee was like it was made in the morning- beef roste and butter chicken like the same - hotels should serve the food hot else the persons ones came will not revisit the said hotel again 😡

A calm and quiet place tucked away from the bustling of the city rush. The exec bar is well stocked but is a bit on the expensive side. The menu and fares are super I taste,pricing and presentation. I would advice the sea good fare ..

Do check the rooms before checkin as later they charge extra amount telling it wasn't our mistake to check the rooms prior to the stay,very poor customer service the services aren't customer friendly, Staff doesn't not treat customers with a positive attitude. Even the quality of the food is not even average. Do not recommend to opt for a stay her👎👎

We stayed at their hotel for one night. The behaviour from staff was very poor and they were so rude to us. I would never recommend this place to anyone who wish to have a pleasant stay. Very bad impression about the hotel staff especially the staff at front desk. Extremely poor customer service.
