Hotel Shilpa Regency

I am giving 1star due to a recent happening in restaurant. This hotel was a good stop while travelling due to ambience and support nature of staffs. But in the last travel, I ordered chicken biriyani and they gave a tasteless food which was atleast 1week old. We started realizing that towards half way through only and called the staffs/managers etc. None had anything to say and they literally agreed to the same. I mentioned the same in feedback form. In ~2hrs itself, myself, wife and kids got the food poisoning and entire weekend was ruined. I called them two days to understand the action they are going to take since the cook and staffs knew the food was old. Though manager agreed on stale food, there were no actions from their side yet. I am taking this forward in the right way with required information to authorities. So i suggest everyone to be very careful on the food they order in restaurant. If possible, avoid this restaurant. My primary concern is that the cook/staff was ready to give such an old food even after realizing that i ordered the food for kids.

I had a very bad experience today with the reception staff at Shilpa Regency. He doesn't even know how to treat someone.He won't even tell you his name, even about something very basic.People who see the review should not book a room here, no matter which branch Shilpa takes.

Had break fast from there . Very good parotta and appam Egg roast and curry were really good. For the ambience and neatness ..it's absolutely value for money..(except tea..40) But appam and barotta just 12.. Egg dishes 100. 2 eggs per dish.. I think it needs more publicity.. since it's worth it . A small change from the traditional ich and aaryas..nothing against them. But a good change option .. not crowded and ample space for parking

Hotel located highway very easy to access . Service was good expecially the security chettan . Rooms are okay with a average Hygine level , you guys must take care of the bathrooms . Stay was comfortable . It’s a bar attached hotel with restaurant. It’s a best option for those travellers

I’m connected with Shilpa Regency since my childhood. Whenever we plan for lunch or dinner outside, we usually go to Shilpa. The quality of their food is just woww. You will get a mix of all flavours there. And recently I visited Shilpa for checking on the venue for my Sister’s Engagement. The whole staff were soo helpful and the whole management was there with us throughout the event. The venue was clean and neat and had a good capacity. All my guest were comfortable and the Shilpa Staff have always made sure of my guest’s demand and they conducted the whole event smoothly. Moreover the rooms as well, it is good and clean and have the value for money. I strongly recommend Shilpa Regency for conducting events and I can guarantee you that their team will do A to Z things smoothly. Thankyou Shilpa for hosting my Sister’s engagement and for the hospitality you provided for all my guest who stayed there for my Sister’s weddings.❤️❤️

Rooms are very good, Property well located near highway. Staff are polite. Manager Mr. Alan, very rude and doesnt know how to handle customers.. Management need to ensure that regular guests are treated well. Very adamant attitude of manager is not something that suits hospitality industry.
