Ocean Bay Resort – Kovalam This resort is located in a very calm area near Kovalam Beach, offering serene views that make you instantly feel relaxed. The beach is just a few meters away, so you can easily walk there anytime.The balcony view is amazing, and the room itself is spacious, with a neat, clean, and equally large washroom. The highlight of our stay was the hotel staff – they are extremely calm, polite, and attentive, carefully following every instruction. The hotel manager deserves special mention, not only for his warm hospitality but also for being a fantastic cook. During the off-season, he personally prepared dinner for us for two nights, and it turned out to be the most amazing meals we had in our last few days here. He also shared interesting details about the area, making our stay even more special. Overall, this was the best experience we had in Kerala during our 6-day trip. Highly recommended !

I stayed at Ocean Beach Resort in Kovalam, and the experience was truly wonderful. The service was excellent,the staff were kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. I had accidentally left one of my pants at the hotel, and they went out of their way to help me by arranging a courier and sending it back safely. Really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kovalam! 🌊✨

We got this property as part of a package since we were looking for a low-cost hotel, as we had a day trip to Kanyakumari and needed a room just for a few hours before our early morning flight. Had I known how shady this place looked, I would’ve never booked it.|The road leading from the main road to the hotel is narrow, poorly lit, and feels unsafe — you could easily trip or fall while walking. They even use a wheelbarrow to carry your luggage from the main road to the hotel.|The ACs didn’t work properly despite repeated complaints, and the washroom had only a single CFL bulb, making it dim and uncomfortable. Even during our short stay, the experience was far from satisfactory. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone.

Rooms and bathrooms are very well lighted and very big compared to other hotel rooms, but the food the behaviour of the stuffs and the services are very very bad. The rooms at the top floor were big but the ac is not working properly, rather I can say the ac is not sufficient enough for that bigger room. The behaviour of the stuff particularlybthe maneger or the owner very rude. In the morning the breakfast was not upto the mark. They are not able to provide the single omlet or black coffee..Every time we ask for something the answer is "NO". Coming to the location part. You will feel that you are going through the village path.. No sea view .

A wonderful place to stay in. I was a "solo traveller" clean rooms, efficient staff, good food, all monitored by the very efficient Mr.Praveen Nair, Manager,who was available 24*7 to assist. "as and when required"|Definitely will recommend to friends and Family.

Peaceful location near Kovalam Beach with serene views, just a few meters’ walk to the beach. Spacious rooms, big clean washroom, and an amazing balcony view. The staff are calm, attentive, and the manager is a great cook who made us the best dinners of our trip. Best experience in Kerala in our 6 days here!

Our experience at Ocean Bay was beyond our expectations! We stayed twice for 10 days each, and it was absolutely perfect – even for longer stays. The entire staff and the manager were incredibly attentive and responsive to all our needs. The room was always impeccably cleaned, and the breakfast (available on request) was delicious every time. On our last evening, we had trouble booking an Uber to catch our flight. The manager quickly called their private driver, who arrived within 10 minutes on a Saturday night – truly a lifesaver! Excellent value for money, just a 2-minute walk from the beach. Plus, we had a beautiful view of the coconut trees from our room. Highly recommended!
