We recently stayed at this hotel, booking through MakeMyTrip. While the room was decent, the service fell short of expectations. Upon arrival at 8 pm, we had a guest joining us who wanted to spend some time in the room, but unfortunately, the hotel didn't accommodate this request. Having stayed in numerous hotels across India, this experience was particularly disappointing. The location, however, is a highlight – the hotel is just 20 meters from the sea, and the sound of the waves adds to the ambiance. It's a great spot for those who want to be close to the ocean. Despite the beautiful location, the service issues overshadowed our stay. We hope the hotel management will take feedback seriously and work on improving their customer service. For now, potential guests should be aware of these aspects before booking.

This is an absolute fantastic property with awesome rooms,service,view and less than 50 steps walking distance from beach. We spent 2 nights in there and got 2 rooms for family at decent bargain. An absolute bliss and memory for life 💖. Balcony opens to vast sea view which otherwise usually is at only premium hotels. Good food around m peaceful. Good walking places. At night you shall seat on those chairs facing the ocean listening to those waves, small lights marking water boundries ,pitch black open sky .what else do you want . Stayed awake uptill 2 just looking at ocean and listening to waves . Must visit . Taste of Kerala is near by hotel ,must try food there.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. Food is also excellent especially seafood dishes. Service is also up to the mark

It's not a resort, just an apartment with a few rooms in a good location. The complimentary breakfast is decent but limited. Overall, it’s not worth the Rs. 6000/- we paid per room for one night; it's only worth about Rs 2000/-.

Had a very pleasant stay at this beach frontage property Room was spacious , neat and clean. All essentials were stocked.The staffs at the hotel were welcoming and eager to assist with a smile.Restaurant had a very nice spread of dishes. Looking forward to come back again !

We had a very pleasant stay at Itsy By Treebo - The Waters Edge Beach Resort, Kovalam. We were lucky to get the sea view balcony attached with our room. The sea view was awesome. All staff were polite and cooperative. Size of the room was decent and good. Room had all the required amenities. Closets were huge with so much space and lots of cloth hangers. The only thing was I had to ask for additional floor mats as there was only one floormat at bathroom door. We needed one floormat for bed. Rest everything was good. The beach was just outside the hotel. We were able to just come out of the hotel and spend time at the beach.||||Although, hotel’s restaurant was closed but there was another beach restaurant open just by the side of the hotel where we had lunch. ||||The best part was that we asked for a late check-out, which they provided at not extra cost. 😊
