Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! Our stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare, and I urge anyone considering it to think twice. The listing makes it seem like a charming sea-view property, but it’s actually a small building hidden behind a restaurant – no sea view whatsoever. Total false advertising. The electricity was constantly going on and off, both day and night. We couldn’t relax or sleep properly with these interruptions. The rooms were in awful condition. The lock barely worked, making us feel unsafe and insecure with our belongings. Maintenance is clearly not a priority here. Breakfast was a disaster. They don’t even have a proper restaurant – they just bring in food parcels from somewhere outside. It was tasteless and made us feel sick. After the first morning, we didn’t bother eating their breakfast for the rest of our stay. To top it all off, there was no hot water available. I had to take an icy cold bath, and my 3-year-old child couldn’t even bathe because of it. On top of everything, you have to walk around 800 meters just to get from the parking area to the hotel. Carrying luggage back and forth was exhausting and inconvenient. Do yourself a favor – DO NOT stay here. Spend a little more and find a better place that actually cares about its guests’ comfort and convenience. This was one of the worst travel experiences we’ve ever had.

Room was great and service also. Only problem is hotel is 10 min walkable from parking. Hotel staff will help you to carry your luggage from parking area to hotel. For parking you need to pay 25- 50 RS per night. This is not hotel parking. This is public parking.

Stayed in hotel from 3/11/24 to 5/11/24. Worst hotel I have ever seen. Room stink and devoid of ventilation. Broken furniture and tiles in bathroom. Hot water is provided in bucket. Breakfast was stale which one can't feel like eating. We ate outside. There was no kitchen or room service. There were frequent disruption of power supply. Bed sheets and towels were dirty. It was nightmarish experience.

Hi, I will not recommend this resort because of its poor condition. No point paying that much for this property . There is a lady in Bangalore she does the booking she herself hold their rooms so that people think rooms are booked and then in higher price they book rooms. Once booking is done she will not listen to your problems. List of issues I faced - No hot water for bath, AC not working, Durty and unhygienic rooms , bad smells comes .

Hi, Please don’t book this property. Me and my family had a terrifying experience staying here . No clean rooms, washroom was dirty, No WiFi , they don’t have warm water to take bath ,staff is not cooperative at all . When we reached for breakfast at 9:00 AM there was no breakfast for my family . If you have kids or parents, please don’t come here . Owner of this property says all rooms are booked, please do the booking but there was only my family in property and it was really scary.

If you plan to stay only for one night, this hotel is fine and in the center of the area. The door key was not working properly and we had to ask them lock/unlock for us. Hot water was not hot enough
