Hotel Port Palace

One of the best in outer city. The food, atmosphere and service is great. The ambiance and hospitality were fantastic, enjoyed a delicious & sumptuous Lunch that was very reasonably priced. There were numerous non-veg options, It was definitely worth it! The F&b Manager And the staff were well-mannered, dedicated, and provided excellent service. Worth the visit! A must try! Highly recommended👍

I stayed at this lovely hotel for 10 days. For me, this place has it all: quiet luxury, comfortable rooms with all the amenities we need, delicious, fabulous restaurant/bar, and quite likely the best service anywhere. Especially front office executive Mr Deepu welcomed us and explained the facilities of the hotel and the whole team provided the best customer service. Central location to restaurants, good ambience and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend.

Hotel is in perfect location and all the staff are very friendly and supportive. Only issue we had is at breakfast, very slow service There's need of improvement in cleaning etc bathroom. Superb service from Jinu and Aiyn. Loved the place very welcoming.

The overall experience is good just need to improve food preparation and serving time. The girls in the reception and fnb section both are helping nature.

We had a great stay at fort palace Hotel vizhinjam. Afordable price but the quality is really unexpected - t'was really good. The staff, they're very accommodating. Especially the Front office ex. Mr Deepu is such a friendly and kind man. One more thing, even tho the rest room is for sharing - it's clean and always. I'll stay here again for sure once I visit this place.💐💐💐

The place of hotel is strategically located . My parents had planned a trip to Kerela but the kind of service they have got was not expected . Food options are limited . Maximum of the time they are short of dishes . You can get mutton only on sundays . They seriously need to improve on the service part . Its too slow . My parents had to wait for 45 mins to get the order . Too slow . You need to be a little faster .

Hotel is good. Room AC was not properly working. Even we insisted about this. But I think due to low maintenance AC cooling was very low. Otherwise every thing was good
