OYO Hotel Penrallt Homestay

Even giving a one star rating is more then what it deserved beacuse i even tried not to rate it but it is not allowing me to do that.. Earlier also i had booked oyo rooms but this was my worst ever experience with oyo.. This was a homestay and even my homestay is far more better than this disgusting one. The geyser wasn't working, the blankets were dusty and pillows seemed like beem used for past one year without changing the covers, they not even provided my change which paid at the time of check in.. Pls do not book this at all... This is just a worst ever home stay oyo rooms. I dont know on what basis do this oyo staffs lists rooms on their websites.. Really blood suckling experience..

Very bad service, we booked rooms from the oyo but during check in time hotel staff demanding rupees 2800 (we r alredy payed the amout to the oyo through online) extra for the stay. They are not willing to talk with oyo customer care. We are paid for breakfast and they not provide that, and even they are not giving drinking water facility. Don't book there ur rooms and don't be a fool.

We have stayed with group here on 1st April night booked through Oyo. No drinking water kept and served to the room.we had to buy it from nearby shop. No soaps and towels given. No hot water for bath. Full of smell in corridor as manager of the property itself a smoker. Not reccomanded for family.

These owners of property book rooms from OYO and other aggregators but later deny entry. And try to sell you room at their own rateThis is old hectic many hotels. They are fraudster.

very very worst service we booked room via oyo and paid the room [email protected] .. later we checkin that rooms @11.30pm .. room mangement saying we are not accpted oyo bookings.. then y u regstrd in oyo rooms. we are very dissappointed .. late night with familys.. later we booked another room.. @1am.

The hotel is little hard to notice It is 1.5 km away from the beach. The rooms are a bit shabby and low lit. 2 rooms have large balcony. It is not a sea facing hotel.

Worst hotel... we booked rooms from oyo but during check in time hotel staff demanding 2800 extra for the stay... they are not willing to talk to oyo customer care.. very poor servicing... we paid for breakfast but they are not providing it, even they are not giving drinking water facility. dont book here, dont be a fool

A hole on the main door was found and ask for a room change , the guy told me all the rooms are already filled.Finanaly I pasted a sticker on the door and make my stay private. The room boy was newly appointed, whatever we ask he repeat ''sir ,am new " .
