Good availability of rooms. Has a big parking space to accommodate a lot of vehicles. Complementary bottle of water, bathing soap and towels are available. Room is well cleaned. Some rooms have a bad oder as the rooms are kept closed for a long while. I also spotted few bugs crawling around in the room. AC takes time to cool the room. TV doesn’t work in most of the room. Water heater doesn’t work in most of the rooms.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. First thing, the cabin was not cleaned, even the toilet also... ( Hope you can understand ) There is no power back up. From night 12 when there was a power failure, it was like a hell... Mosquitoes, too much hot, was un able to sleep... Feeling like staying in a Slum. Around 3 I went down to reception for asking this, his attitude was very rude. I never faced such a situation in my life.

Great budget hotel with new and clean rooms. The AC works great as well. Though food options are not available on the property, you can explore around. Ample of parking space available on the property. Recommended if you are on a budget!

Excellent staff, very nice hospitality Breakfast was good, customer friendly, staff's are taking care us ,Room neat and clean, now we are booking by oyo app. , But the hotel staf tell us they stop their oyo participation between one month , totally the hotel and room facility is good, ac, wifi , large parking facility is available

It is a nice Residency and many students from JPs college is staying there right now and it's one part is is for hostel staying.

One of the best budget place to stay in Quilandy town. Quite good number of rooms re available. Though it's an oyo rooms, rooms are not as that facilitated as that in other oyo. Still it's the best bet in Quilandy. This is just 2 km far from railway station.

Very bad hotel in terms of staff behaviour. Worst behavior of staff, lack of security in this place. Unmarried couples please don't choose this hotel just by seeing this as an oyo hotel. This hotel people just dont value anything about oyo policies. So this is a worst oyo hotel that i haved stayed so far. Please dont book this hotel seeing the low rates of the hotel
