I had simewhat good experience. I was travelling from bangalore to cochin on bike. I was tired When I reached calicut and it was heavy raining. I approached the property seeing availability in Google. But there was only AC room available and the rate was bit high for me. I told them my budget and prefer non ac room. They had another property in 6km radius but I was too tired. And they offered me the ac room for the budget of non ac room. The rooms are very clean and felt good. Only the bathroom was tiny and not fit for a luxuary duplex room. Otherwise it was worth. They offered free bottled water. The room is good but maintainance to be improved. Bathroom is not as expected. It's very tiny and a local look. Mosquitos are there.
