Nexstay Asma Tower

Food is Bad. Got to know about this place beacuse of good food reviews. Some one mentioned we get good Pot Biryani in here. But unfortunately it was horrible.Oil Used is Bad. Pot also smells of used oil. It's a waste on ones desire to have tastey Biryani. What we have in here is Horrendous. Place is not recommended.Service is also poor.

: I had a very disappointing stay. The room had a broken closet, no water in the wash basin, and the towels provided were dirty. The bucket in the bathroom was also filthy. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were unacceptable, and the customer service did not address these issues properly. I would not recommend staying here.

We checked in after 3 in the morning, hoping to take a quick nap and freshen up. Unfortunately, our stay turned into a nightmare. I was on my period and needed to use the bathroom, but there was no water. I ended up stuck in the bathroom for 40 minutes. Despite calling reception multiple times, no one responded adequately.My husband finally asked a nearby cleaning staff member for a bucket of water, and they gave us hot water without any warning. Unaware of this, I used the water, which resulted in burns to my private area. Already in pain from my period, this made things even worse, and I was left crying in agony.When we went to the reception for help, the staff members were unprofessional, blaming each other, and the manager was outright rude. After half an hour of arguing, they refunded our money, but no one offered an apology. The entire experience was mentally and physically painful. This is not how guests should be treated.

Looking fir a not too shaby but budget place . Asma tower is ok for that. Also they have restaurant downstairs which is also good. And it's in the heart of the city and has parking

Its a very very old tower that has mold and water dripping inside the rooms. The breakfast is so bad that you could just drink some water and leave. The cafe they have out front is amazing!

Me and my family stayed in this hotel for 2 days, and their hospitality was very good. Even the restaurant was also a nice place to dine in.

Very Disappointing. Got my meeting cancelled, since there was no water in toilet. I was stuck there for 40 minutes. after that long I got some water in a bucket from another room. That was not done by the management, I partner asked the cleaning person who was outside and he did that for us. When I called, the reception used rude words. We had to take another room in another hotel for me and my partner to go washroom. Whatever reply you are going to leave here, I don't care. because it was the worst experience.

Staying at this hotel was an extremely disappointing experience. The ambiance was quite unpleasant, and the staff exhibited unprofessional behavior towards customers. Overall, it was a thoroughly unsatisfactory stay. The condition of the rooms is poor, and there is significant noise emanating from the hall, resulting in an overall negative experience.
