The reason for 2 star service is because of the staffs at reception. Usually staffs at reception greet when guest arrives and it usually brings a good environment for the guest. They weren’t rude but they dint even smile. I think this need to be addressed as it is a very important factor when deciding our stay. This is not a complaint . This is a request.

The rooms are not like how it's represented in the images. It's smaller than how it is seen. The breakfast is absolutely rubbish. Highly recommended to not pay for the breakfast buffet. Adding an image of the lobby area along with videos of the rooms and dining hall.

Great place to stay, 3star property, right in the middle of town. Spacious rooms. Clean baths. Well maintained. Unfortunately, no view. Highly recommended.

After a long journey, a nice stay is what I expect, as anyone would expect. Google gave a good review of the place, the pics were all looking good. So that’s how I selected this place. I entered the place and the ambience seemed right, a lady at the reception, she was gentle and sweet, took care of the immediate data requirement. Very plesantly, I was shown to my room. The rooms was very spacious, I dint expect it to be so, as it mentioned as a business hotel. But to my surprise the room was huge and very neatly maintained along with the main room, there was another door which led me into another room which was like a hall, with a table, some chairs and kitchen slab. I slept off peacefully, very comfortable bed and the room started cooling up fast. Nice place to stay, it would be better if I had my family along to enjoy the space and time. You should try. 😊

I am Nihala Parvin and i stayed at Welcare Business Hotel (Room No:1306) on 16th May 2024 (Thursday). I came with my husband and when we are sleeping at night (4:55 Am), one of your staff came into our room without our permission. You can check CCTV if required. I cant even imagine the situation. It felt like a trauma in my head. What about the privacy of your hotel? I am really embrassed by this. How come any hotel staff do this?. Not recommending this hotel to any people. I regret coming there. I wish nobody exprience this.

Opting for the Deluxe room, I was greeted with spaciousness and luxury that surpassed expectations, especially considering the price point. However, while the room exuded comfort, maintenance issues dampened the experience. Damaged bedside lights, hastily patched up with tape, detracted from the otherwise pristine ambiance. Additionally, the individual air conditioning unit failed to adequately cool the room, proving inconvenient amidst the sweltering climate. Despite these setbacks, the overall experience at Hotel Welcare Business Hotel remains commendable. The allowance of outside food adds a welcomed flexibility to dining preferences, while the central location ensures easy exploration of the city's offerings. In essence, Hotel Welcare Business Hotel impresses with its accessibility, attentive staff, and luxurious accommodations. Though room maintenance and air conditioning shortcomings leave room for improvement, they do not overshadow the establishment's commitment to providing a memorable stay for its guests.

Located on Mavoor road, near gokulam mall. Lots of shopping and eating options near by. The rooms are good neat and clean with all amenities. The bed linens were crisp and clean. Basement parking available, also can park some cars in front of the reception. Cons: The water pressure in the shower is really bad, management has to do something about it maybe install pressure pump. The housekeeping is not good, my wash room was not cleaned for the 3 days I stayed. There is dust on the floor, the bedside lights are falling off. If not maintained the hotel will go down. Hope the management takes care, other wise it's a very good property at a reasonable price.

During our recent business trip to Calicut, we chose to stay at Welcare Hotel, hoping for a comfortable experience. However, our stay turned out to be a nightmare. Despite the hotel's appealing exterior, it was riddled with numerous flaws. One of the rooms had a malfunctioning AC, leaving the atmosphere unbearably humid. The makeshift solution of providing a wall fan proved to be ineffective. In the other room, we encountered a rat infestation, with the pests brazenly attacking the coffee supplies provided. Additionally, the proximity of a sewage system to the hotel resulted in a nauseating odor permeating our room. Such subpar conditions are unacceptable for any establishment claiming to offer hospitality services. We urge the management of Welcare Hotel to address these issues promptly to avoid further dissatisfied guests.
