Hotel Metro Manor

One of the worst hotel in Kozhikode located near baby hospital I had a very bad experience from staffs We were about to call police to control the situation. But at last he said sorry appologies for what he did and said............ I still have the videos of what happend on that day Please don't take any rooms there

A total worse experience.The service was too bad. We booked our room in advance for an agreed rate and got there by midnight. The receptionist who pretended as the owner of the hotel behaved very rudely on the following matters: 1. He completely denied the agreed rent 2. He refused to show the booking details entered in their register 3. He refused to tell his own name and the manager's details We have travelled almost 5 hours to reach here and the customer service was a complete disaster. So disappointed.

I used to visit this place regularly before 5 years. It had a good ambience and professional staff. When I visited recently, I found the experience horrible. The staff was neither courteous nor professional. Expect only a roof over the head, don't expect anything more. Lots more to say, but desisting. I hope the owners take note please

It was a pleasure to be there with my family for a get together and we enjoyed our time together with the kids having snacks, buffet etc at the hotel. The part room was a/c wonderfully decorated and has all the facilities for the function. The restaurant was very comfortable an there's space for everyone. The hospitality we got is memorable and we are grateful to the staff. The proximity to the road is very comfortable and the parking is also nice.

Extremely Poor Service from front office. Attitude towards customer is pathetic and mis guiding with wrong rates. Not recommended.
