Metro Tower

Booked a one-night stay at Hotel Metro Tower, and overall, it was a positive experience. The location is convenient, being near the railway station, which makes access easy. The room and toilet were neat, clean, and comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth. The breakfast, though limited in options, was tasty and satisfying. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The hotel lacks an on-site restaurant, and hence there was no provision for bed coffee in the morning. A kettle in the room would have been a great addition to make the stay more convenient. Despite these minor drawbacks, I found the stay pleasant and would recommend it for short visits.

Non ac rooms are too small, asked for upgrade to ac room(which we accidentally placed first) they refused, too much congestion, no ventilation in both bathroom and room, people can't stay in room after using bathroom. Damages windows as shown in image

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BOOK THIS HOTEL AS THEIR STAFF AT THE RECEPTION IS VERY RUDE IN ANSWERING OUR QUERIED.I HUMBLY ASKED FOR KEEPING MY LUGGAGE IN THE COUNTER FOR SOME TIME.BUT THEY RUDELY REPLIED ITS NOT POSSIBLE AND EVEN USED FOUL LANGUAGE WHEN I ARGUED ABOUT THE SAME.I WOULD SUGGEST HOTEL MAHARANI AS THEY PROVIDE EXCELLENT SERVICES AT REASONABLE COST.

Don't believe the negative reviews. This hotel room is very hygeine and modern with almost all new fittings and utilities in bed room as well as in wash room. 24x7 hotwater facility available. The reception staff and servicing staff are good as well. Quality breakfast is offered for free for all guests. It is near to CLT railway station area at about 600m, yet calmness is ensured. Highly recommended for staying.

A value for money hotel located in the city centre with spacious rooms and modern bathrooms. The only con is the parking space which is too tight.

Had a pleasant stay, rooms are clean and good air conditioning. 24 hrs stay and breakfast is provided. Good for those who prefer a calm and neat stay

It's a good place for family or bachelor's. Walkable distance from railway station, but take an auto if you have luggage. Rooms and bathrooms are very neat and tidy. Complimentary Breakfast is good. Only one problem I faced is the calling bell for calling staff in day time. Calling bell is located in first floor near to their room and our room is also at first floor. They are getting continuous calls from reception. It sounds heavily to rooms and I was very tired due to long travel and was planning to sleep at noon. Other than that everything was good. Staffs are helpful, they suggested good restaurants for lunch and also they behaved well during breakfast time.
