Collection O 80439 Lasvegas Suites Annex

All the positive reviews on Google are fake. Very hard to find the exact location. Staff was very unprofessional and rude. Rooms n toilets are not cleaned properly. There were bed bugs. Don't book it. It took as almost 1.5hr to check in first there was no one at the reception, the person came after 1 hour after saying 5-5 minutes on each phone call then they denied that they didn't received any bookings. I have booked from Agoda later on they realised they have got the booking. Pathetic experience. Don't go with family place is used mostly by oyo couples.

Very bad experience with this hotel. Very dirty rooms. Very bad customer service. No response from reception. There is no blanket at all. On asking for a blanket they provides bed cover to use as blanket. very bitter experience. Very surprising how oyo gave COLLECTION category for this hotel.

Very bad. I booked a room and paid the amount fully. But the gate was locked and I called on that number. No one answered. my money and time is wasted. Don't book this hotel
